The Dirassa+ guide
Payments

Get paid by your students on Dirassa+

Your students pay you directly: a CCP or BaridiMob transfer with a receipt you review, an EDAHABIA or CIB card confirmed automatically through Chargily, a printed activation card, or a card delivered to them and paid on arrival. You set the methods and your accounts once for the academy, then each course picks its own. Every option is explained here, with what your student sees step by step.

  • About 10 minutes
  • 9 steps

Who can do it: The Payments page in settings needs the “Payment settings” permission. A course’s “Payments” tab shows for “Edit own courses” or “Edit any course”; changing a published course’s methods also needs “Publish and price”, and its activity figures need “Analytics”. Owners and admins have all of it.

In 9 steps

  1. 1Open “Payment methods” under “Sales” (or “Payments” in settings): the first line says whether your students can pay now and with what; tick what the academy accepts in “Payment methods”, then “Save payment methods”.
  2. 2Set “The account your students transfer to” with “Edit the account”: holder, CCP account and key, BaridiMob RIP and your instructions, then your password when you save.
  3. 3Connect EDAHABIA and CIB through Chargily from its row: the guide, the secret key and your password, a test payment, then enable for students.
  4. 4Open the course’s “Payments” tab: the first line says whether a new student can pay now and with what, and when sales are blocked, why and the button that fixes it.
Show all
  1. 5Choose “Like the rest of the academy” or “This course's own methods”, read each method’s state and “Other methods you can turn on”, then save.
  2. 6Open “Preview the checkout page”: the real page with your choices, where no button works.
  3. 7Set “Order and offers” if you need to, and follow “Enrollment and payment activity” in Algeria time.
  4. 8See what the student does on the checkout page for each method.
  5. 9See what happens after paying: review, notification and opening the course.

Before you start

  • The “Payment settings” permission, or being the academy’s owner or an admin, and your account password: it is asked when you save the account.
  • Your postal account details: the holder as written, the CCP number and key, and the BaridiMob RIP if you use it.
  • A course with a price in “Settings & pricing”; a free course needs no payment method.
  • For EDAHABIA and CIB: your own Chargily Pay account and an application for your academy.
  1. Step 1 of 9

“Payments”: the answer first, then “Payment methods”

Open “Payment methods” in the “Sales” group of the academy’s panel, or settings → “Payments” (its row in settings already carries “Works” or “Needs setup”): it is the same page. The page’s first line is one sentence that says whether your students can pay now and with what, by the checkout page’s own rule: “Your students can pay now: CCP and BaridiMob.” or “Your students can’t pay yet: no payment method works.”. Under it, what needs your attention: “On but not working yet: …”, and the published courses nobody can buy, each one a link to its “Payments” tab. When your students can’t pay, one button beside it fixes the first thing missing, such as “Turn on CCP” or “Finish setup”. Then the “Payment methods” card, one row per method: “CCP / Algérie Poste”, “BaridiMob”, “Cash on delivery”, “Activation card (code)” and “EDAHABIA & CIB — Chargily”. Each row has its tick, a badge in the course tab’s words (“Works”, “Needs setup”, “No delivery fee”, “No cards”), a line saying what the student does or why they don’t see it, such as “Students won’t see it until the CCP account is complete; it turns on when you save it.”, then its button: “Edit”, or “Finish setup”, which opens its popup on the missing field, “Create cards” for cards and “Connect the account” for Chargily. Nothing on this page saves itself: ticking a box brings the “Unsaved changes to payment methods” bar with “Undo” and “Save payment methods”, and the first line follows your choice with “This is how it will be once you save your changes.”. The CCP or BaridiMob tick can’t be set without its account: it opens the account window on the first missing field, and saving the account switches the method on in one go; a transfer switched on without its account is never saved: “Nothing was saved: CCP or BaridiMob can’t be switched on without its account. Add the account and payment switches on with it.”.

Tip“Edit” on the “Cash on delivery” row opens its popup: the “Card delivery fee (DZD)”, one flat fee added to the course price, 0 for free delivery, blank to keep this method closed; the “Note to students about delivery” — delivery areas, expected time — which the student reads under “The academy’s note on delivery” when ordering the card; and “Activation cards”, saying what is left to send, such as “12 cards ready to send.”, with “Create cards”. Then “Save”.

Heads-upIf a save would leave your students with no method that works, the “Your students won’t be able to pay” popup asks first and names your published courses; if it would stop courses that sell today, it reads “Some courses won’t be buyable”: “Go back and edit” or “Save anyway”. The courses stay published; to stop selling on purpose, use each course’s “Published” menu. And if you leave the page with unsaved changes, “You have unsaved changes” asks: “Save and leave”, “Discard them” or “Stay here”.

  2. Step 2 of 9

“The account your students transfer to”: as students see it, edited in a popup

Under “Payment methods”, the “The account your students transfer to” card shows whenever CCP or BaridiMob is on: “As students see it when they transfer by CCP or BaridiMob — the same account for courses, the store and bookings.”. It lists the “Account holder”, then the “CCP account number”, the “Key” and the “BaridiMob RIP”, masked but for their last four digits (••••0000) until you press “Show”, then the “Instructions for students”. Below, “Last change: … — …” with the date and who made it, and “Log” opens the activity log. “Edit the account” (or “Add the account” the first time) opens a popup in the middle of the screen: the “Account holder’s name” as it appears on the chequebook or EDAHABIA card; the “Account number” and “Key (clé)” on one row; the BaridiMob “RIP”; and the “Instructions for students”. Under them, “What students see”: the transfer card the student reads, for “CCP” or “BaridiMob”, following every character you type. “Save the account” asks for your password in “Confirm it’s you”, which names the change, such as “CCP: ••••1111 → ••••0000”, then “Confirm”: “Account saved.”.

On screenThe account your students transfer toAccount holderCCP account numberKeyBaridiMob RIPShowInstructions for studentsLast change: … — …LogEdit the accountAdd the accountAccount holder’s nameAccount numberKey (clé)RIPWhat students seeSave the accountConfirm it’s youPasswordConfirmAccount saved.

TipThe fields take digits only: the “Account number” up to 10 digits, the “Key (clé)” exactly 2, the “RIP” exactly 20, found in the BaridiMob app under “My information”. Type them as ٠١٢٣ or 0123, as you like; spaces and dots drop out on their own. Paste the number with its key as you copied it, such as “0000000000 clé 00”: they are split and “Account number and key split.” shows. If the RIP doesn’t start with 00799999, or the account inside it differs from the CCP account above, the popup warns you without blocking. An error shows under its field, such as “The key is exactly 2 digits.”, and nothing is sent.

Heads-upThe password is asked on saving only: when the holder, the number, the key or the RIP changes, or when your instructions or the delivery note gain a run of 8 digits or more (it could be an account number); it isn’t asked again for ten minutes. The owner is notified of each such change. “Cancel” in the password popup, or closing “Edit the account”, keeps what you typed: the card reads “You have unsaved changes to the account.” with “Finish saving”, and “Undo” in the popup puts the saved values back.

  3. Step 3 of 9

EDAHABIA and CIB through Chargily: payment that confirms itself

On the “EDAHABIA & CIB — Chargily” row, “Connect the account” (then “Manage” once connected) opens the “EDAHABIA & CIB with Chargily” popup, its state at the top: “Not connected”. First, “How do I connect my account?” in four steps: create your Chargily Pay account or sign in, create an application for your academy and open Developers Corner, copy the Test secret key, then request account and application verification. Then paste the “Application secret key” and press “Verify and connect”: your password is asked in “Confirm it’s you”, and the key you pasted stays until you confirm. A Test key shows “Connected for testing”, hidden from students: run “Try a test payment” of 100 DZD. Once Chargily approves your account, connect the Live key with “Change key”, confirm the application is yours, then “Enable for students”: “Enabled for students”, and its row’s badge reads “Works”. “Pause payments” stops new orders (“Connected — payments paused”); “Disconnect application” removes the link. Chargily confirms every payment automatically and access opens without your review.

TipAt the bottom of the popup, “No Dirassa+ commission”; under “Fees and where it shows”: Dirassa+ adds no commission, and Chargily processing fees follow your plan and come out of your wallet, never added to the student’s order.

Heads-upConnecting a key and enabling payments for students ask for your password (unless you confirmed it less than ten minutes ago), and the owner is notified of the connection, the enabling and the disconnection. A public key won’t work, and a key already linked to another academy is refused. As for the international card (Stripe), it isn’t active on the platform yet, so it has no row in “Payment methods”.

  4. Step 4 of 9

The “Payments” tab: the answer first

Open the course → “Payments”. The first line is one sentence that says whether a new student can pay now and with what, by the checkout page’s own rule: “Students can pay now with CCP, BaridiMob, and cash on delivery.” When sales are blocked you see the reason and one button that fixes it, such as “No student can buy this course right now: no payment method works.” with “Finish payment setup”, which opens “Payments” in settings at the method that is missing something, its popup open on the missing field. The button can also be “Create cards to deliver”, “Follow the academy's methods” when the course’s own list leaves nothing that works, or “Review the offers” when the line says “Some offers can't be bought right now…”. When the academy is paused or at its student limit: “Renew the subscription” or “Add student seats”. With cards only it reads “Students activate this course with cards you sell outside the platform. No purchase on the page.”; a free course, “The course is free: students join in one click.” with “Change the price”. The line follows your choices before you save them, and underneath it then reads “This is how it will be once you save your changes.”. Beside it, “Preview the checkout page”.

TipWithout the “Payment settings” permission, the button’s place reads “The academy owner sets this up in payment settings.”. The same rule drives the “An offer with no payment method” note above “Curriculum”, whose “Fix it” brings you back to this tab.

Heads-upA draft can’t be bought: “The course is a draft: students won't see it until you publish it.”, with what happens once published underneath, such as “Once published: students will pay with CCP and BaridiMob.”. And archived: “The course is archived: no new sales, renewals for current students only.”

  5. Step 5 of 9

“Like the rest of the academy” or “This course's own methods”

The “Payment methods” part offers two choices. “Like the rest of the academy”: every method that works in payment settings shows up here automatically, as a line to read. “This course's own methods”: a tick per method to pick what suits the course; new methods aren't added automatically. Each method has a line saying what the student does with it, such as “Transfers to your CCP account and sends a photo of the receipt; you check it and the course opens.”, and a state badge: “Works”, meaning students see it now, or “No cards”, “Left out of every offer”, “Paused”. The “Cash on delivery” line also gives the fee and the cards left to send, “Delivery 600 DZD · 12 cards left”, with “Create cards”. What doesn’t work yet is folded under “Other methods you can turn on (2)”: each method with its badge (“Needs setup”, “Off”, “No delivery fee”) and its reason, and “Finish setup” opens “Payments” in settings at that method’s row and its popup. Nothing saves itself: the bar “You have unsaved changes” appears with “Discard” and “Save payment methods”, then “Payment methods saved” and “All changes saved”.

On screenLike the rest of the academyThis course's own methodsWorksNo cardsDelivery …… cards leftCreate cardsOther methods you can turn onNeeds setupOffNo delivery feeFinish setupYou have unsaved changesDiscardSave payment methodsPayment methods savedAll changes saved

TipExample: “الرياضيات — بكالوريا 2026” at 4,500 DZD. Choose “This course's own methods” and untick “Cash on delivery”: the first line becomes “Students can pay now with CCP and BaridiMob.”, with “This is how it will be once you save your changes.” until you save. Your other courses stay “Like the rest of the academy”.

Heads-upAn own list can’t be saved empty: “Choose at least one method. To stop selling, use the “Published” menu at the top of the page.” And on a published course, a choice that leaves no working method asks first, in the “Nobody will be able to buy this course” popup: “Go back and edit” or “Save anyway”.

  6. Step 6 of 9

“Preview the checkout page”: the real page, no button working

Press “Preview the checkout page” beside the first line: a popup opens in the middle of the screen with the very checkout page your student opens, as a new signed-in student sees it, with your choices, unsaved ones included: your academy’s name, the course, its price and access, then “Payment method” with only the methods that work. Pick each method to see its button: “Continue to payment” for a transfer, “Order the card” for a card by delivery, “Activate my card” for an activation card, “Pay with EDAHABIA or CIB” for EDAHABIA. All of them are disabled. Under the title, “What a new student sees now. No button works here.”, or after a change you haven’t saved “With your unsaved choices. No button works here.”. On a published course, “Open the real page” opens it in a new tab.

On screenPreview the checkout pagePayment methodContinue to paymentOrder the cardActivate my cardPay with EDAHABIA or CIBWhat a new student sees now. No button works here. With your unsaved choices. No button works here.Open the real pageClose the preview

TipThe preview creates no account, order or payment, and counts no visit in “Enrollment and payment activity”. Try each method without worry, even before you save.

  7. Step 7 of 9

“Order and offers”, leaving the page, and the activity

Once two methods or more work, the “Order and offers” part appears. The “Recommended method” shows first to students with “Recommended”, while the others stay available (or “No recommendation”). On a subscription course, “Payment methods per offer”: each offer “Follows the course's methods.” unless you tick “Own methods” to narrow its list among the course’s; an offer left with none reads “No method works for this offer: nobody can buy it.”. If you leave the tab with unsaved changes, a “You have unsaved changes” popup asks: “Save and leave”, “Discard them” or “Stay here”. At the bottom of the tab, “Enrollment and payment activity”, “Last 30 days · Algeria time”: “Checkout sessions”, “Recorded attempts”, “Submitted orders” and “Paid orders”; the info button beside the title explains “How these figures are counted”.

On screenOrder and offersRecommended methodRecommendedNo recommendationPayment methods per offerFollows the course's methods.Own methodsSave and leaveDiscard themStay hereEnrollment and payment activityLast 30 days · Algeria timeHow these figures are counted

TipUnder the figures, one line: “Paid order rate”, “Average transfer review” and “Pending orders”. A long review time means students are waiting on you. The daily bars and “Daily figures” show up with the first activity; before that, one line: “No visits or orders in the last 30 days.”

Heads-upOn a published course, changing the payment methods needs the “Publish and price” permission, like changing the price. Without it, the tab reads “The course is published: changing its payment methods needs the “Publish courses” permission. You can only view and preview.”

  8. Step 8 of 9

What the student does at checkout

The student sees the course title as the heading, with one line: price, access, published lessons; then “Payment method” with the ready methods. With CCP or BaridiMob they press “Continue to payment” (a visitor first presses “Create my account and continue”) and see “Transfer … to:”, then “Account holder”, and “CCP account”, “Key” and “Amount” with copy buttons, your instructions on one line below, then “Attach a photo of the receipt” and “Send the receipt for review”, with “Send the receipt before …” under the button, 24 hours ahead. With “I have an activation card” they type the “Card code” and press “Activate my card”, and the card becomes ““…” is open” with one button, “Start the first lesson”. With “Card by delivery” they fill in their address, see the “Total due on delivery” and press “Confirm card order” — no account needed. With EDAHABIA, “Pay with EDAHABIA or CIB”, then Chargily’s page. A free course: “Start the course for free”, and once their account exists they are enrolled by themselves and start at the first lesson. For a course you sell only by activation cards, the visitor starts with the code: “Card code” then “Activate my card”, then makes their account and the course opens in it; under the card, “No card? Ask the teacher on WhatsApp” when your academy’s WhatsApp is on. Once they pick a method and pay, a small line under the card reads “By paying, you agree to the terms of use and the refund policy.”, both names linking to the pages on your academy’s address.

TipOn an installment course the student sees the “Installment plan” and “Installment 1 of 3”, and pays each one themselves later with “Pay the next installment”; nothing is debited automatically.

Heads-upThe receipt is a JPG, PNG or WebP image, or a PDF up to 15 MB. If the offer expired after they paid, they send it with “I paid — send the receipt” without paying again.

  9. Step 9 of 9

After paying: the review, then the course

Once the receipt is sent the student sees “Your receipt is under review”: “Don’t pay again or send another order; access opens once it is approved.”, then “Receipt sent · …”, “The teacher is reviewing it — the decision arrives here, by email and in your notifications” and “Access opens”, then “Teachers usually review receipts within 24 hours; we remind them if it takes longer.”, with the “Order reference” and “Refresh status”; the page updates itself. On your academy’s address they also read “Turn on notifications to get the decision on your phone the moment it’s made.” with “Turn on”. An order whose receipt is sent can’t be cancelled: the money is transferred, the decision is yours. After two days without a decision they read “Two days without a decision?” with a way to reach the academy: WhatsApp, its phone, or a message from their account. The order reaches you in “Incoming” under “Receipts to check”, with “Check receipt”; if it waits a day, then three, a reminder reaches you in the bell, on your phone and by email. When you press “Approve” they get the notification “تم اعتماد دفع الدورة” (payment approved — on their phone too if they installed the app) and an email with the decision, and their page shows “You have access to this course” with “Open the course”. If you reject it they get “وصل الدفع يحتاج إلى مراجعة” and an email with your reason, and read “The teacher refused the receipt” and your reason first, then “Send a valid receipt for the same order — don’t pay again.” EDAHABIA, codes and free enrollment open access straight away.

TipReviewing and rejecting receipts, and shipping cards, are covered in the “Incoming” lesson; selling and printing cards, in the payments log and cards lesson.

Heads-upA delivered card doesn’t open the course by itself: the student enters its code through “Received your card? Enter its code”, then “Activate course”.

Questions

Which method should I start with?

Most students in Algeria transfer by CCP or BaridiMob, so start there with complete details. Add EDAHABIA and CIB through Chargily for payment confirmed without review, and activation codes if you sell in person or through bookshops.

Does Dirassa Plus take a commission?

No. CCP and BaridiMob transfers land in your own account, and the Chargily popup reads “No Dirassa+ commission”. Only Chargily’s processing fees apply, by your plan, taken from your wallet rather than from the student.

How fast does access open?

With EDAHABIA and CIB as soon as Chargily confirms, with a code as soon as it’s entered, and at once for a free course. With CCP and BaridiMob when you press “Approve” in “Incoming”. With delivery when the student enters the code of the card they received.

Can a student pay in installments?

Yes, if you choose installments in “Settings & pricing”. They see the “Installment plan” and pay each one with “Pay the next installment”; access lasts until the next due date and pauses when overdue, then has no expiry after the last one. A delivered card is paid in full.

What if the receipt is wrong?

Press “Reject”, then “Confirm reject”. The student gets a notification and an email with your reason, reads it on the checkout too, then sends a valid receipt for the same order and amount without paying again.

Can I accept cash in hand?

Yes. Open the student in “Students” → the “Courses” tab → “Add a course”, choose the course, enter the “Cash collected” and press “Enroll”: the student is enrolled and the amount is recorded as paid. The student needs an account first.

Can each course have different methods?

Yes. In the course’s “Payments” tab choose “This course's own methods”, tick its methods, then “Save payment methods”. The receiving accounts stay the academy’s, in “The account your students transfer to” on the “Payments” page.

Why don’t my students see “Card by delivery”?

Because the card sent is an existing activation code from one of this course’s batches with the same access duration: with no card of that duration, the method disappears from the checkout page, and its line in “Payments” reads “No cards”. Make a batch with “Create cards”. If you read “No delivery fee”, set the “Card delivery fee (DZD)” with “Edit” on the “Cash on delivery” row of the “Payments” page, even at zero.

I want to stop selling a published course: do I remove all its methods?

No: an empty list can’t be saved. Open “Published” in the course header and choose “Unpublish…”: new sales stop, and your enrolled students carry on. And if you keep the course published with a choice where no method works, the “Nobody will be able to buy this course” popup asks you before saving.

I have students abroad — how do they pay?

A course’s payment choices are for Algeria. For students abroad, set up “Selling abroad”: currencies, prices, bank transfer and PayPal. The selling-abroad guide has the details.

Why is my password asked when I save the account?

Because the account is where your students’ money lands: someone who finds your device unlocked can’t put their own account in place of yours without your password. It is asked on “Save the account” only, when the holder, a number, the key or the RIP changes, or when your instructions or the delivery note gain a run of 8 digits or more, and not again for ten minutes. The owner is notified, the card shows the “Last change” and who made it, and the “Log” keeps every change.

I opened “Payments” in two windows — does one wipe out the other?

No. Each save sends only what you changed, and nothing is written if the settings changed in another window since you opened the page: “Payment settings changed in another window. We reloaded them and kept your choice; “Save” applies it on top.” And in “Edit the account”: “This changed in another window. We reloaded it and kept your values; check them, then save.”
