Choose your plan, track your usage and pay your subscription
Dirassa Plus has three plans that differ in two things only: the number of students and storage. Every feature is on every plan, with no commission on your sales. The “Plan and usage” page tells you where your subscription stands, what comes next, and how many seats and how much storage you use. You pay or renew on the subscription page by CCP or BaridiMob transfer with a photo of the receipt, and move to a higher plan during a paid month by paying only the difference for the days left. Nothing is ever charged automatically: you pay each period yourself.
- About 5 minutes
- 5 steps
Who can do it: You see the plan page with the “Workspace settings”, “Edit lessons” or “Manage team and invitations” permission. Paying, renewing and upgrading, “By teacher” and “Upgrade requests” need “Workspace settings”; owners and admins have it. Without it, the status card reads “The academy's owner renews the subscription.”
In 5 steps
- 1Choose your plan: Starter, Pro or School, and read where your subscription stands and what comes next in the “Current plan” card.
- 2Track the “Students” and “Storage” meters, today’s Noqta questions and each teacher’s share.
- 3Pay or renew on the subscription page in three steps: choose, make the transfer, send the proof.
- 4To change plan: during the free period, choose and pay for any plan on the subscription page; during a paid month, “Upgrade plan”, then “Request the upgrade” and transfer the difference.
Before you start
- The “Workspace settings” permission to pay, renew or upgrade; owners and admins have it.
- The BaridiMob app, or a CCP account to transfer from at the post office counter.
- A rough idea of your student count and the hours of video you’ll upload, to pick the right plan.
- Step 1 of 5
The three plans and the “Current plan” card
“Starter” at 1,500 DZD a month: 50 students and 20 GB. “Pro” at 3,900 DZD: 150 students and 100 GB. “School” at 9,900 DZD: 400 students and 400 GB. Past the limit, 100 more students cost 2,500 DZD a month on any plan. That is the whole difference: every plan has every feature, and Dirassa Plus takes no commission on what you sell. You reach the page from your account menu (your picture): its “Plan” row shows the storage you use, the seats left and your plan’s name. On the page, the “Current plan” card, first on a phone, shows the plan’s name, its state (“Preparing”, “Open”, “Renewal grace” or “Frozen”), its price, such as “3,900 DZD a month”, then the period line: “Free until …” during the free period, or “Paid until … · in …” once paid. Below it sits one button, the one you need now, which follows the state (details in the renewal step), then the “Your payments and receipts” link to the subscription page, and “Compare plans” during a paid month when the main button isn’t the upgrade already.

- Step 2 of 5
“Students” and “Storage”: what is used and what is left
The “Students” card counts the seats taken “of” your limit, for example 38 of 50 seats, with “Active access: … · reserved: … · left: …” below: each student counts once in the workspace however many courses they take, and places reserved for printed cards count with them. If you have student packs, it adds “… of them from extra student packs.” The “Storage” card shows what you use “of” the limit in force, then “… left” and “Room for about … hours of video”, and below it the breakdown: “Videos and community clips”, “PDFs and lesson files”, “Website, covers and branding”. Before your academy opens the limit is smaller, and the line says “While preparing: …”. The ⓘ “How is it counted?” button beside each title gives the rule, and for students the “Registered accounts”. The “Noqta” card shows the questions “Yours today” and, with “Workspace settings”, “Your students' today” and the “Top up coins” link for extra questions that never expire. If the academy has more than one teacher, the same permission shows “By teacher”: each teacher’s files, course students and storage. And “Upgrade requests” lists your past requests with their status and amount.

Act then rather than waiting for the limit.
Heads-upAt the limit the badge turns “Full”: “All seats are taken: no new student or card goes through until a seat frees up. Current students keep going.” or “Storage is full: no new uploads. Current content works as usual.” Nothing is deleted and no student loses access, but the new upload or the new student waits.
- Step 3 of 5
The subscription page: paying and renewing in three steps
The status card’s button (such as “Open my academy” or “Renew”) or the “Your payments and receipts” link leads to the subscription page. Its title follows your state: “Open your academy”, “Start your subscription” during the free period, “Renew your subscription” or “Reopen your academy”, with a sentence below saying where the subscription stands and what follows. Then three steps. “Choose your subscription”: the “Duration” (“1 month”, “3 months” or “1 year”; “A year costs 10 months: two months free.”), then the “Plan”, then “Extra students” in packs of 100: 2,500 DZD a month per pack, for the whole period. “Make the transfer”: the exact amount with its copy button, which is the price minus “Your transfer code” (1 to 99 DZD), for example 11,700 − 37 = 11,663 DZD for Pro over three months; the code lets us recognise your transfer as soon as it lands. Choose “BaridiMob app”, which shows the “RIP”, or “Post office counter”, which shows the “CCP” and the “Key (Clé)”, each with a copy button. “Send the proof”: press “Upload the receipt” and pick the screenshot or the photo of the post office receipt, type the “Transaction number (optional)” if you used the app, then “Send the receipt and open my academy” (or “Send the receipt” for a renewal). Have a code? The “Have an activation code?” button at the top opens a window where you enter it, then “Activate code”: it opens your academy and tops up your Dirassa Studio balance, once.

If the receipt is checked before opening, you see “Your receipt is being checked”. Every payment appears under “History” with its status: “Approved”, “Declined” or “Refunded”, and every approved or refunded one has its “Receipt”; a refunded one’s receipt reads “Refunded” and “Refunded on …”. If a receipt isn’t approved, “Your last receipt was not approved” appears with the reason: send a clearer proof of the same amount.
Heads-upTransfer exactly the amount shown, not the rounded price, and don’t add BaridiMob’s fee (12 DZD): it comes off your account on its own. The transaction number is 8 to 20 digits, and the receipt is an image or PDF up to 10 MB.
- Step 4 of 5
Upgrading: during the free period and during a paid month
During the free period (until 20 November 2026 for every academy) the plan is chosen on the subscription page: the status card’s “Choose my plan and pay” button takes you there, and if you press “Upgrade plan” on a meter, the window says so and offers “Continue to payment”. There you see all three plans, with nothing tying you to yours or the ones above it: pay the bigger plan’s first month and it starts as soon as you send the receipt, while your paid month counts from the end of the free period; pick a smaller one and the page says “Starter replaces Pro from your receipt on, not at the end of the free period.”. During a paid month, press “Upgrade plan”: a window opens in the middle of the screen, with the higher plans under “Current plan”, their seats, storage and price. Pick one and read the estimate: “You pay about … DZD now for the days left (…), then … DZD a month from ….” That is the new plan’s price for the days left minus what is left of your current plan; for example from Starter to Pro with half the month left: 1,950 − 750 = 1,200 DZD. Press “Request the upgrade”: the request is made and its amount fixed. In the “Upgrade request to …” window, transfer the amount (broken down as “New plan, remaining days” minus “Left on your current plan”) through the “BaridiMob app” or at the “Post office counter”, then “Upload the receipt” and “Send the receipt”, with the “Transaction number (optional)”. The platform checks the transfer, and you move to the new plan once we approve it, usually within a few hours; your renewal date doesn’t change.

We usually check it within a few hours.” and offers “Replace the receipt”. The amount stays fixed as long as your period runs. “Cancel request” needs a second press on “Confirm cancellation”; if you already transferred the amount, write to us before cancelling.
Heads-upIf your period is longer than a month or a next period is already paid, the window shows “Upgrade through support” with a link to message us, so we can work out the exact difference. With less than two days left: “Less than two days are left: renew on the plan you want instead of upgrading.” And one payment at a time: no upgrade while a subscription receipt waits for review, and no new payment while an upgrade request waits. If your period ends before the request is approved, “Period ended” appears: cancel it, then renew, and write to us if you paid.
- Step 5 of 5
Renewal, grace, freezing and deletion
Nothing renews by itself. The status card’s button follows your state: “Open my academy” before it first opens, “Renew” in the last 7 days of your period, “Renew now” during grace, and “Reopen it” once frozen. A week and then a day before the end you get a reminder, and a strip appears at the top of the dashboard: “Your period ends on …” with “Renew”. During the free period the strip stays all along: “Your free period ends on … (in … days). Choose your plan to keep your academy open to your students. Plans start at 1,500 DZD a month.” with “Choose my plan”, and it changes colour in the last week; a reminder reaches you two weeks, a week, three days and then a day before the end. Someone who never paid is never asked to “Renew”: the grace and the freeze after the free period say “until you choose a plan”. Paying before the end extends from the end date, so you never lose a day. If the period ends without renewal, the “Renewal grace” starts: 7 days where everything works as usual, and the period line says “Ended on … · your site closes on …”; renewing during grace starts the new period the day you pay. A receipt sent before the grace ends keeps your academy in grace while it waits for review, up to 7 days after it was sent. Then the academy is “Frozen”: your site and your students’ portal close, visitors and students see its doors are closed for now, there are no sign-ups, sales or uploads, and the line says “Closed since … · deleted on …”. While frozen, your students keep “My certificates” and “My orders”, and a way to reach you. Nothing is deleted before that: your students’ lessons and progress are kept and come back as they were the moment you pay, and the frozen days are added to any access that ends on a date. If 90 days pass after your period ends without renewal, the academy is deleted for good; we warn you a month, a week and a day before. Staff members who can’t pay read “The academy's owner renews the subscription.”

To change plan now, press “Change plan”: it takes you back to the plan page.
Heads-upA receipt that opened your academy and then isn’t approved, or a payment that is refunded, doesn’t freeze it on the spot: it stays open for 7 days of grace from the refusal or the refund, and the notification says until when; send a valid receipt from the subscription page. During the free period, staff who can’t pay read “The academy's owner chooses the plan.”.
Once your subscription is set
- Set up your students’ payments“Sales” › “Payment methods”: CCP, BaridiMob, EDAHABIA and activation cards for your courses.
- Finish your workspaceName, address and branding in “Settings”.
- Invite your teamTeachers share the plan’s seats and storage; each one’s share shows under “By teacher”.
- Watch the meterThe “Plan” row in your account menu changes colour as you near a limit, and the page’s cards carry the “Near the limit” badge.
Questions
Do I pay to build my academy?
No. You build your academy, set up your site and courses and try everything without paying. You open it to students from the subscription page (“Open my academy” on the status card), for the duration and plan you choose, or with a code through “Have an activation code?”.
What is the free period?
Until 20 November 2026 every academy is in a free period: the period line says “Free until …”, a strip at the top of the dashboard says “Your free period ends on …” with “Choose my plan”, and a reminder reaches you two weeks, a week, three days and a day before. Pick your plan and pay before then with “Choose my plan and pay”, and your paid period starts that day with no gap. Any plan may follow, a smaller one too; a plan bigger or smaller than your current one replaces it as soon as you send the receipt. With no choice at the end, 7 days of grace, then the academy is frozen until you choose a plan.
Can I get a refund?
Yes for your first payment: it is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days through the contact page. After that the current month isn’t refunded, and nothing renews by itself, so you simply don’t renew.
How do I change plans?
Up: during the free period, choose it on the subscription page and pay its first month; it starts as soon as you send the receipt. During a paid month: “Upgrade plan” on the plan page, then “Request the upgrade”, and you pay only the difference for the days left, once its amount is fixed. Down: at renewal, once your current paid period has ended, pick the smaller plan on the subscription page; during the free period, pick it now and it replaces yours from your receipt on.
What happens when storage is full?
All your content stays preserved and available to your students, but you can’t upload anything new until you free space. Delete what you no longer need (“Free up space” takes you to your courses, and space is released once physical deletion is confirmed) or upgrade.
What happens when I reach the student limit?
The page shows “All seats are taken: no new student or card goes through until a seat frees up. Current students keep going.” A new student waits until a seat frees up, you add 100 students (“Add 100 students”), or you upgrade. Each student counts once however many courses they take, and browsing or one-to-one sessions alone don’t use a place.
Is paying yearly cheaper?
Yes. A year costs 10 months (“2 months free”): Starter 15,000 DZD instead of 18,000, Pro 39,000 DZD, School 99,000 DZD.
How do I pay the subscription?
By transfer to the Dirassa Plus account: with the BaridiMob app to the RIP, or at the post office counter to the CCP with its key. No bank card and no automatic charge. BaridiMob takes its fee (12 DZD) from your account on its own: don’t add it to the amount.
Do I get a receipt or an invoice?
Every approved payment carries a number such as “Receipt DP-2026-000123” under “History” on the subscription page, and “Receipt” opens it to print or save as PDF. For an invoice, write to us from the contact page, under “Subscription and billing”.
