The “Designer”: your whole site in one place
The “Designer” is where your academy’s site is made: its pages, its identity (colours, fonts, shapes), its menu and footer, the campaigns that sell, and its blog. Everything you change stays a draft visitors don’t see until you publish — and the home tells you how many changes wait, how the site did this week and what it’s missing.
- About 6 minutes
- 7 steps
Who can do it: Opening the Designer needs the permission to edit or publish showcases; publishing and “Settings” need the publish permission.
In 7 steps
- 1Open the “Designer” from the section switcher: “Your site”, “Selling” and “Foundations”.
- 2No site yet: your field, one template of three, three touches, then “Publish my site”.
- 3Read the home: status, changes waiting, and “Site pulse”.
- 4Fix what “Site readiness” lists, ask Noqta, open any page from the table.
Before you start
- At least one course or product: templates fill in with your academy’s real data.
- Your logo, a photo of you and a WhatsApp number.
- The publish permission if you publish yourself; otherwise the team prepares the draft and the owner publishes.
- Step 1 of 7
Where to find the Designer
In the section switcher, “Designer”, under the store. Its side menu has three groups: “Your site” — “Home”, “Pages”, “Blog”, “My sections”; “Selling” — “Campaigns”, “Offers”; “Foundations” — “Identity”, “Menu and footer”, “Settings”. In the academy menu, under growth, “Your site” opens the Designer’s home and “Campaigns” its campaigns.

- Step 2 of 7
First site: field, template, publish
If your academy has no site yet, the Designer opens three steps: “Field · Template · Publish”. First “What do you teach?”: eight fields (languages, Islamic studies, baccalaureate, marketing, photo and editing…) then “Next: templates”. Then three templates filled with your data: preview each in full on desktop and phone, and pick one. Then “Your site is ready as a draft” and “Three touches make it yours”: “Your photo”, “An intro line” (Noqta can write it) and “WhatsApp number” — then “Publish my site” or “Later”. From the first step you can also “Start from a blank page”.

- Step 3 of 7
The home: status, publishing and pulse
At the top of the home, your academy’s name and the site’s status: “Live” or “Building”, then “3 changes waiting to publish” or “Everything is published”. Beside it: “Copy your site’s address”, “Open the site”, “Edit the site” (opens the home in the editor) and the orange “Publish 3 changes”: a dialog lists what changed, checks readiness, then “Publish now” or “Not now”. Below, “Site pulse” over “7 days” or “30 days”: “Visits”, “Orders”, sales, “Purchase rate” and “Where your visitors come from”.

- Step 4 of 7
Readiness, Noqta and your site’s pages
“Site readiness” is a ring out of 100 with at most three gaps, each with “Fix” that opens it in the editor. Below, the “Ask Noqta” box: type what you want, like “prepare a page for back to school”. Then the “Your site’s pages” table in three tabs — menu pages, automatic designs, campaigns — each page with its status, 7-day visits, last edit and “Edit”, and above it “New page” and “New campaign”. At the bottom, four tiles: “Identity”, “Menu and footer”, “Campaigns”, “My sections”.

- Step 5 of 7
A site still on the old builder
If your site predates the Designer and hasn’t moved, the home shows: “Your site has not moved to the Designer yet — visitors see the old site”. Moving takes three steps, in order: “Publish identity” (colours, fonts, menu and footer), then “Publish home” (checked before it publishes), then “Move my site now”: visitors see the new site at once, at the same address, and nothing of the old site is deleted.

- Step 6 of 7
“Identity”: one decision the whole site wears
At the top of “Identity”, tabs: “Your identity”, “Templates”, “Seasons”. The steps: “Template”, “Colours”, “Type”, “Shape”, “Motion”, “Voice”, “Seasons”, with a live preview. A banner tells you if the identity isn’t published or your draft holds changes visitors haven’t seen. In “Templates”, eight templates shown with your data, then a screen to try one on your site — now, after, side by side — keeping your colour if you like; nothing of your content is deleted. Then “Publish identity”: the menu and footer go out with it.

- Step 7 of 7
“Menu and footer” and “Settings”
“Menu and footer” has five parts: “Header”, “Menu”, “Footer”, “Announcement” and “WhatsApp” — add links with “Add an item”; it stays a draft until “Publish”. “Settings” (for those who can publish): under “The site”, “Site type”, “Languages”, “Search and sharing”, and the school if it is on; under “Elsewhere”, links to the domain, tracking, payment and delivery, and legal pages.

What comes next
- Build your pages“Pages”: a page from your data, a template or Noqta, then the editor.
- Run a campaign“Campaigns” → “New campaign”: goal, template, offer.
- Write on the blogA post that answers a student’s question and leads to your course.
- Connect your domain“Settings” → domain, so the site carries your name.
Questions
I edited my site and visitors don’t see it — why?
Every Designer edit is a draft. Press “Publish N changes” on the home then “Publish now”, or “Publish” in the editor, or “Publish identity” and “Publish” for each part.
Where did “Showcases” go?
They are the Designer’s “Campaigns” now; a new campaign starts from a goal and a template. The old pages and their orders still work from their links; their new requests land in “Incoming”, under “Sales”, whose “⋯” button opens the “Follow-up desk”.
Does changing the template delete my texts and images?
No. The template only changes the look, and applies to the draft until you publish the identity. You can keep your colour.
Why can’t I see “Settings” or the publish button?
Publishing and “Settings” need the publish permission. You can prepare the draft; the owner or a permitted member publishes.
My site still shows the old design
If the home shows “Your site has not moved to the Designer yet”, publish the identity, then the home, then “Move my site now”. The address stays the same.
