“Requests”: what waits for your decision, and how your sessions' money reaches you
Most bookings happen on their own: the learner picks a time, pays, and the session is confirmed. The “Requests” page gathers what needs a person: a booking that wasn't accepted automatically, a BaridiMob receipt to look at, a learner asking for another time, a seat freeing up for someone waiting, money you owe back. Underneath, one rule for money: every session and every pack is sold through the store's own engine, with its payment methods, and the money reaches you directly. In this lesson, a day at “Al-Ofok Academy”: Manal, Salim's assistant, accepts his calendar's requests and checks his receipts, and Leila runs the waitlist of her workshop at the Hydra studio. The same page serves a fitness coach, a photographer or a marketing consultant selling their time.
- About 8 minutes
- 7 steps
Who can do it: The page opens with “Own bookings” (your calendar, and that of the teacher you assist) or “All teachers' bookings” (every calendar in your scope). Payment methods are changed in “Store settings”, by whoever has that permission.
In 7 steps
- 1“Requests” sits in the “Today” group: five sections with their counts, soonest first.
- 2“Approval”: each card says why the booking wasn't accepted on its own; “Accept” or “Decline…” with a sentence the learner reads.
- 3“Receipts”: the receipt, the amount expected and the hold time left, then “Confirm payment and book” or “Ask for a clearer receipt”.
- 4“Moves”: the current time, the time asked for and how many moves are used, then accept, propose another time or refuse.
Show all
- 5“Waitlist”: who is waiting for a seat in a full session; a freed seat is offered to the first for two hours.
- 6“Refunds”: what you owe back in money after a cancel, then “I paid it back”; everything else returns as credit on its own.
- 7Money: card, receipt, gift code, paying from abroad, credit, cash; the payment settings are the store's, and Dirassa+ takes 0%.
Before you start
- At least one published service with open hours (the “Services” and “Your hours” lessons).
- Payment methods turned on in “Store settings”, and the card gateway if you want instant payment; and your academy’s postal account entered in “Sales” → “Payment methods” for BaridiMob / CCP receipts — one account for courses, the store and bookings.
- To know your policy: when money comes back in full, and whether it comes back as credit or money (in “Booking settings” › “Policies”).
- Step 1 of 7
Where to find “Requests”, and what lands there
Five doors on one page, each with the number of things waiting for you behind it.
- Only what needs youAn instant, paid booking never comes through here. What lands here is what stopped at a person.
- Soonest firstThe header counts what waits for your decision, with the nearest session at the top.
- You're notifiedA new request or a new receipt reaches your bell and your phone, and counts on the “Bookings” icon.
TipThe page keeps the section in the address (?tab=receipts for example), so you can keep a “Receipts” link that opens straight on the receipts. A request or receipt notification opens the booking card itself.
All the details
“Requests” is in the Today group of the “Bookings” panel, after “Home” and “Calendar”. Its header says “3 requests wait for your decision · soonest first”, or “Nothing waits for your decision right now.”. Below it, five sections in one row that scrolls on a phone, each with its count: “Approval” for bookings not accepted automatically, “Receipts” for a payment receipt to check, “Moves” for a learner asking for another time, “Waitlist” for people waiting for a seat, and “Refunds” for money you owe back. The number on the “Bookings” icon in the column counts requests and receipts only, because they hold time for someone. At the top of the page, the “When to accept on my own?” link opens “Policies” in the booking settings, and every card has “Details”, which opens the full booking card: answers, payment and the history of everything that happened. Manal assists Salim: she sees the requests of his calendar and her own, not Leila's or Karim's.

“Approval”: why the booking wasn't accepted on its own, and how to decide
Each card says who booked, when, how they'll pay, what they wrote, and why it is waiting for you.
- Three reasonsThe service is “With your approval”, a same-day booking on such a service, or a visitor who isn't your student on an “Instant for your students only” service.
- Accepting and payingFree and credit-paid bookings are confirmed at once; a booking paid in money holds the time 24 h for payment.
- Decline with a sentencePick a ready sentence or write your reason, and the learner reads it as it is.
TipMehdi, in Montreal, isn't one of Wafa's students, so his “Group English conversation” booking landed in “Approval”. Once he enrols in her course, seats open for him directly next time.
All the details
A booking lands in “Approval” when the service's “Confirmation” is “With your approval” (“Waits for your answer, 48 h at most”; the default for an “Intro call”), or “Instant for your students only” and the person isn't enrolled in your courses. The card says why: “Not accepted automatically: this service needs your approval for every booking.”, “Not accepted automatically: a same-day booking needs your approval.” or “Not accepted automatically: the seats are for your course learners.”. On Youssef's card, from Oran: an “Intro call” with Karim on Thursday at 18:00, “Free”, and his first answer. On Rania's, in Paris: a “Private review session” with Salim today at 20:00, her own time (21:00) under it, and “Pays 2,500 DZD after approval”. “Accept” confirms free and credit-paid bookings at once; for a booking paid in money an order is opened and the time is held 24 hours for payment, never past half an hour before the start: Rania gets “Request accepted — pay to confirm” and has until 19:30. Tick several cards and an “Accept them all” bar appears. “Decline…” opens a panel with four sentences: “The session is full…”, “This time no longer works for me…”, “These seats are for my course learners…”, or “Another reason, in your words”, then “Decline and send”. If they already paid: “If you decline, the full amount comes back.”.
On screenConfirmationWith your approvalInstant for your students onlyAcceptAccept them allDecline…Another reason, in your wordsDecline and sendHeads-upA request nobody answers expires on its own: at the session's start, or 48 hours after it was sent, and the person is told their time ran out.
- Step 3 of 7
“Receipts”: checking a BaridiMob receipt while the time is held
Whoever pays by receipt keeps the time while they upload it, then until you decide.
- 3 hours to uploadOnce the receipt is uploaded, the time stays theirs until you decide, however long that takes.
- Look at the imageThe amount, a date after the booking, the receiving account (yours) and the reference.
- A store orderThe receipt is the store's own order: confirm it here or in “Orders”.
TipIf a learner needs longer to upload their receipt, open “Details” and choose “Extend the hold”: 1, 3 or 24 more hours. A session’s receipt also reaches “Sales” → “Incoming”, under “Receipts to check”, with those of courses and the store, and a request waiting for you sits under “Booking requests to answer”: their “Check receipt” or “Answer” button opens the same booking card over the page.
All the details
When the learner picks “BaridiMob or CCP”, the time is held 3 hours for them to upload a photo of the receipt (never past the session's start). Youssef, enrolled in Wafa's course, booked a seat in the “Group English conversation” on Saturday at 10:00 for 1,200 DZD and uploaded his receipt an hour later: Wafa gets “A payment receipt needs checking”, and his row appears in “Receipts” with his name, the session, the amount and the time left. The row opens the receipt panel: the image (or “Open the receipt (PDF)”), then “Amount expected on the receipt”, “For” with the session and its length, and “Look at the image for”: “The amount, a date after the booking, the receiving account (yours) and the reference.”. While the receipt is being checked, the time stays Youssef's until you decide, even after the three-hour counter has run out. “Confirm payment and book” approves the store order and confirms the session: “Once confirmed, Youssef gets “booked” with the room link”. “Ask for a clearer receipt” asks for a reason (“What is missing from the receipt?”), then “Send the request”: the order goes back to waiting for payment, and Youssef gets a fresh 3 hours to upload another receipt.
On screenReceiptsOpen the receipt (PDF)Amount expected on the receiptLook at the image forConfirm payment and bookAsk for a clearer receiptSend the requestThe hold ran outHeads-upWhoever hasn't uploaded their receipt by the end of the hold has their time freed within minutes, and their unpaid order is cancelled. And if money arrives for a session whose time is gone (a cancelled session, say), the amount becomes the learner's credit to book another time, valid for 180 days.
- Step 4 of 7
“Moves”: a learner asks for another time
A move within your policy happens on its own; only what needs your view lands here.
- Twice, up to 6 h beforeThe default policy: two moves per booking, up to 6 hours before the session.
- A “With your approval” serviceOn a service that needs your approval, a move becomes a request here; the session keeps its time until you answer.
- Your moves don't countWhen you move a session yourself from its booking card, it doesn't count against the learner's moves.
TipA booking keeps the policy it was made under: if you change the number of moves tomorrow, today's bookings stay on the old rule.
All the details
The learner can change their time from their booking page as long as they stay within your policy: by default twice per booking, and up to 6 hours before the session. On an “Instant” service the session moves on its own and you're notified. On a “With your approval” service (or “Instant for your students only”, for someone who isn't your student) their request lands in “Moves”. Amina, in Ouargla, has her session with Salim on Thursday at 16:00 from her pack; she asks for Saturday at 11:00. The card shows “Now” and “Asks for” side by side, “50 h before the session”, and “Move 2 of 2 — the last”. Manal has three buttons: “Accept · 11:00” moves the session, tells Amina and counts against her moves; “Propose another time” opens the booking card so you choose a time yourself; “Refuse” opens the “Reason (the learner reads it)” box, with “The session stays on …” under it, then “Refuse the request”.

“Waitlist”: a freed seat goes to the first in line
When a group or in-person session is full, a learner can wait, and the rest is automatic.
- In turnThe seat is offered to the first on the list, then to the next if they don't take it.
- Two hours to acceptThe seat is held for them two hours, never past an hour before the start.
- They pay to take itThey take it with their credit or by paying like any booking, from the notification's link.
TipThe same happens when you add seats from the session's card: each new seat is offered to the people waiting, in order.
All the details
Leila's “Studio lighting workshop”, Saturday 24 October at 10:00 in Hydra, has filled its six seats. On the booking page, whoever comes next sees a button to join the waitlist. In “Waitlist” there is a card per session: its title, its time, “6/6 seats” and an “Open the session” button, then the people waiting, numbered in order, each with their state: “Waiting in line”, “Seat offered until 14:30”, “Accepted”, “Time ran out”. When Hala cancels her seat, it is offered at once to Youssef, first in line: it is held for him two hours (never past an hour before the start; no seat is offered in the last hour), and he gets “A seat opened for you!”. He takes it with his credit if he has some, or pays like any booking. If he doesn't accept in time, the offer moves to the next person. Nothing to do by hand: “When a seat frees up it goes to the first in line, with time to accept, then to the next. Every offer is written in the booking's history.”.
On screenWaitlistOpen the sessionWaiting in lineSeat offeredWaiting for an answerAcceptedTime ran out - Step 6 of 7
“Refunds”: the money you pay back yourself
Credit comes back on its own; only money you must send yourself shows here.
- By the notice givenBy default: 100% up to 24 h before, 50% up to 6 h before, nothing after.
- Credit or money“Where the money goes”: credit is the default and comes back at once; money is recorded as an amount you owe.
- Record the transferSend the amount the way they paid, then “I paid it back”.
TipWhen you call off a session yourself, the learner gets everything they paid back as credit, whatever your policy. And someone who booked without an account (a guest) can't get credit: what comes back to them shows here as money to pay back.
All the details
When a learner cancels, part of what they paid comes back according to your policy's notice: by default 100% if they cancel 24 hours or more before, 50% 6 hours or more before, nothing after that. In what form? In “Booking settings” › “Policies”, the “Where the money goes” line: “Credit” (the default: “Back at once as credit”, to book another time) or “Money” (“Recorded as an amount owed that you refund.”). Leila chose “Money” for her workshop. Hala paid 4,000 DZD for her seat by card and cancelled two days before: in “Refunds” there is her card, her booking number, “You owe 4,000 DZD back (100%)” and “Send it to Hala the way they paid, then record it here.”. Leila sends the money, writes “Postal order no…” in “Note (optional)”, then “I paid it back”: “Refund recorded” shows and it is written in the booking's history. The money never passes through Dirassa+, so the refund comes from you.
On screenRefundsWhere the money goesCreditMoneyNote (optional)I paid it backRefund recordedHeads-up“Money” only applies to what was paid through the store. What was paid from a pack's credit returns as minutes to that same pack, in the same proportion.
- Step 7 of 7
The money path: the store's engine, its payment methods, and 0% commission
Every service and every pack is sold through the store's own engine, and the money reaches your account.
- Six ways to payCard, BaridiMob or CCP receipt, a code or gift card, paying from abroad, credit, and cash on site.
- One set of settingsPayment methods are set in “Store settings”, for the store and bookings together; the account is the academy’s, in “Payment methods”.
- 0% for Dirassa+“No commission on your sessions. The money reaches you as in the store.”
TipA time that a buyer from a landing page is paying for also counts as busy in the calendar, so nobody takes it from the booking page in the meantime.
All the details
Every service, pack and subscription has its own product in the store, made automatically, so every session payment is a store order — you'll also find it in “Orders”. The ways the learner sees: “CIB or Edahabia card” through your gateway (Chargily), which confirms the session as soon as it is paid, with the time held 30 minutes to finish; “BaridiMob or CCP” by receipt, time held 3 hours; “Code or gift card”; PayPal or “Bank transfer from abroad” for someone booking from abroad, like Rania in Paris and Mehdi in Montreal, following the store's selling-abroad settings; “With my credit” for someone with a pack, like Amina; and “Free” when the price is zero. And cash? For the Hydra workshop, Leila books by hand from the “Calendar” and picks “Cash” under “Payment”: “You collect … yourself; it is recorded in the books.”, or a “Payment link” to send them. In “Booking settings” › “Payment” you see which are on: “EDAHABIA and CIB card”, “BaridiMob or CCP receipt”, “Paying from abroad”, “Cash at an in-person session”, and the “Store settings” button to change them; under them, “The account your students transfer to”: your academy’s account, numbers masked but for their end, changed from “Edit the account in Payment methods”. If an unpaid store order is cancelled, the time it was holding is freed.

Questions
A learner uploaded their receipt and I didn't check it before the three hours ran out — do they lose their time?
No. The three hours are the time to upload the receipt. While the receipt is being checked, the time stays theirs until you decide, and the booking card says “Receipt sent: the time stays held until you decide”. Only the time of someone who didn't upload in time is freed.
Does Dirassa+ take a commission on sessions?
No. “No commission on your sessions. The money reaches you as in the store.”: receipts are paid into your postal account, cards go through your gateway. In a school, the school takes its commission under its own terms — not Dirassa+.
Why doesn't every time change land in “Moves”?
Because on instant services a move within your policy happens on its own: twice per booking and up to 6 hours before the session, by default. Only moves on a “With your approval” service, or by a non-student on an “Instant for your students only” service, land in “Moves”. Once the moves are used up or the notice has passed, the learner can't even ask.
A learner cancelled — why don't I see them in “Refunds”?
Because your default policy returns what they're owed as credit, at once and with no work from you. “Refunds” only shows money you must send yourself: when you chose “Money” under “Where the money goes” and they paid through the store, or when a guest booked without an account.
What happens to a request I don't answer?
It expires on its own at the session's start or 48 hours after it was sent, whichever comes first, and the person is told. If they had paid, the full amount comes back to them.
Do I check the receipt here or in “Orders”?
Either: “Receipts are the store's own orders: confirm them here or in “Orders”.”. Confirming it in one place confirms the session in the other.
How does cash work for an in-person workshop?
Book the learner by hand from the “Calendar” and pick “Cash” under “Payment”: their seat is confirmed and you collect the money on site. No online payment is asked of them.
