Your school online: teachers who sell under your name, by your rules, with a statement each at month end.
You’re the director: teach yourself if you like, and bring teachers, assistants, supervisors and an accountant under your brand. Each teacher sees only their own courses and students, accepts your school’s rules, and their course goes live only after review if you choose so. Every month the money is split by each teacher’s contract, in a statement you close and pay, and they confirm receiving.

What an online school with several teachers looks like without a platform
✕Each teacher sells from their own page and on WhatsApp; students never know it’s your school.
✕One password for everyone: a teacher sees every student’s phone and colleagues’ sales.
✕A course goes live half-finished or at a price you never agreed, and you hear it from an angry student.
✕Month end: a spreadsheet for each teacher’s share, then an argument over every figure.
What you get
A whole school online, not one teacher’s account shared by all.
The director owns the school; every member has their corner: what they see, what they decide, what they earn.
Staff with ready-made roles
Deputy director, department supervisor, teacher, teaching assistant, grader, student support, accountant, marketer, or a role built from one of them.
A reach for each member
The whole school, their department, or their own. A teacher sees only the students of their courses, without their phone or email by default.
Versioned rules
Who publishes, the price range, discounts, free courses, the reply deadline for students. Teachers read and accept each version.
Review before publishing
A teacher sends their course for review; you go through it lesson by lesson, write your notes, then approve it or ask for changes.
Contracts and monthly statements
Commission, a monthly fee, a salary, or a mix. One statement per teacher, which you close and pay, and they confirm receiving.
“Our teachers” and “Teach with us”
A public page for each teacher on your school’s site, a link of their own that credits them with what they sell, and a page where new teachers apply.
How it works
From switching it on to the first statement, in four steps.
1
Switch the school on
Five short steps: your school’s shape, what you take from your teachers, what needs your approval, protecting your students, then a review.
2
Invite your team
One link per member, on WhatsApp or by email: their role, then their department or the teacher they assist, then the contract if they teach.
3
Everyone in their corner
Teachers accept the rules, build their course, send it for review, then sell it under your school’s name.
4
Close the month
A statement per teacher from their real sales: you close it, pay it your way, and they confirm receiving.
Team and reach
The assistant answers their teacher’s students, and nobody else’s.
Nine ready-made roles in three families: leadership (the director, the deputy, the department supervisor), teaching (the teacher, their assistant, the grader) and services (student support, accountant, marketer). Each role has ten modules, each with a level (view, edit, manage) and a reach: the whole school, the department, or the member’s own work.
A teacher sees only their courses, those students and their questions, and doesn’t export student lists.
Nobody invites anyone to a role that grants more than they hold, and only the director appoints a deputy.
“View as”: the school as a teacher sees it, read only.
The “Activity log” keeps who did what and when, and can’t be edited or deleted.

Rules and review
No course goes live before you’ve seen it, and no price strays from what you agreed.
The school rules are choices with defaults: who publishes, the price range, free courses, the discount allowed without approval, lowering the price of a course people have bought, the reply deadline for students. Every save makes a numbered version teachers accept; a money change applies from the 1st of a month at least 14 days ahead. Anything beyond the rules reaches you as a request in “Reviews and requests”.
The teacher presses “Send for review”; you open the course with a checklist and mark each lesson “Must fix” or “Suggestion”.
You decide “Approve & publish” or “Request changes”; the teacher finds your notes inside their course editor, and in the next round you see what changed.
Publishing without review, a price outside the range, a free course or a price drop without approval: the database itself refuses them, not just the screen.
With departments, you can have each department’s supervisor review its teachers’ courses.

Contracts and statements
Month end: one statement per teacher, no spreadsheet, no argument.
Each teacher has a contract: a commission the school takes from every sale, a monthly fee they pay, both together, a salary, a salary plus a share of each sale, or per session. Every sale lands in their statement as it happens; on closing day statements are numbered and frozen, then you record what you paid.
Contracts are versioned: a change applies from the 1st of a month after the notice period, and closed months never change.
Before saving, a simulation of the new contract on the last three closed months.
Pay in full or in parts, by CCP, BaridiMob, bank account or cash, with the transaction number; the teacher confirms receipt in one click.
A teacher disputes a line, you answer with a correction on the open month; the closed statement stays as it was.
On what a teacher sells through their own link, the school takes a lower rate (10% by default) on commission contracts.
No. It’s an online school: teachers sell their courses under your school’s name, with staff who look after students and money. No timetable, no rooms, no attendance.
Can a teacher see other teachers’ students, or the school’s revenue?
No. A teacher’s reach is their own work: their courses, those students and their questions, and their own statement. Students’ phone numbers and emails are hidden from them by default, and exporting lists isn’t part of their role.
Does the system pay the teachers?
No. It works out each teacher’s share and issues their statement; you pay your own way, record the payment, and the teacher confirms receiving it.
How does a new teacher join?
Through your invitation, a link sent on WhatsApp, by email or as a QR code, or by applying from the “Teach with us” page on your site: you accept and an invitation opens, already filled in with their department and contract.
Can I change a teacher’s commission mid-year?
Yes. The change is a new version of their contract that applies from the 1st of a month after the notice period; they are notified, and closed statements stay as they were.
Does “School” need a special plan?
No. Every school shape is on every plan, with no limit on teachers or staff. Plans differ only in storage and active students.
