Invite your partners: four doors, each with its own way
A partner enters your program through one of four doors: your students, who find “Earn with us” in their space; a personal invitation you send; the “Become a partner” page, where strangers apply to join; and a partner without an account, for a bookshop or shop that needs nothing more than a code. In this lesson Sofiane Belkacem, a digital-marketing trainer, opens all of them: his students, Youssef Hamdi, a TikTok creator, Anis Bouzid, who runs a page and applies, and “En-Nour bookshop”, which sells his printed book.
- A minute per invitation
- 5 steps
Who can do it: Whoever has “Partners: programs, partners and settings”.
In 5 steps
- 1“Invite a partner” offers three choices; the fourth door (your students) opens by itself through “Earn with us”.
- 2“Invite one person”: name, code and a personal rate, then “Create the invitation” and a link shown once.
- 3The “Become a partner” page is switched on in “Partner settings” → “Joining and acceptance”; its applications reach “Applications”.
- 4Each application: “Accept” with a program, a rate and a code, or “Decline” with a reason the person reads.
Before you start
- At least one running program: “No active program yet. Create a program first.”
- The “Partners: programs, partners and settings” permission.
- The person’s phone if you want to send the invitation on WhatsApp in one tap.
- Step 1 of 5
The doors: three you open, one that opens by itself
In “Partners” → “Partners”, click “Invite a partner” (“Choose how you want to invite.”): “Share the join link” (“In a WhatsApp group or a post. Whoever joins enters your program by its rule.”), “Invite one person” (“A creator, trainer, photographer or page owner: with their own rate and code.”) or “Add a partner without an account” (“For a bookshop or point of sale that needs no account: a name, a phone, a code.”), then “Continue”. The fourth door doesn’t need you: in an “Open to join” program, Sofiane’s students find “Earn with us” in the “More” menu of their space, and a certified student sees the row “You can now become an ambassador” under “Waiting for you” on their home.

Join …’s partners here:”. The page must be open (step 3).
Heads-up“WhatsApp opens with a ready message; you choose who gets it. We send nothing.” The platform never sends SMS or WhatsApp messages itself.
- Step 2 of 5
A personal invitation for a creator
Sofiane picks “Invite one person” (“They see who invites them and on what terms before creating their account.”), then the “TikTok creators” program, and fills in: “Name” Youssef Hamdi, “Phone · optional”, “Email · optional”, “Code” YOUSSEF (“Reserved for them until they accept.”), “A personal rate · optional” 30% instead of 25%, and “A personal line from you · optional” (“Shown at the top of the invitation page.”). Then “Create the invitation”: “Youssef Hamdi’s invitation is ready” and “The link is for them alone, valid 14 days, usable once.”, with “Send on WhatsApp”, “Copy the link” and “QR code”. Youssef opens it and sees “Personal invitation”, “Your commission: 30%”, “Your code YOUSSEF is reserved”, “Your friend pays 10% less” and the “Accept the invitation and start” button.

Heads-up“We show the link only once. Copy it or send it now.” If it’s lost or expires, create a new invitation. A personal rate is between 1 and 90.
- Step 3 of 5
The “Become a partner” page: open it, and applications arrive
Your site’s “Become a partner” page is off by default. In “Partner settings” → “Joining and acceptance” you see the “Open doors”: “Platform students”, “Personal invitations”, “Public “Become a partner” page” (“For influencers and bookshops”) and “Add a partner without an account”. Sofiane switches the page on, then in the “Marketing pages” program sets joining to “By application” and turns on “On the “Become a partner” page”. In “Application questions” three are ready: where they will share, a link to their account or group, and roughly how many people follow them. The visitor reads “Earn with …”, “How it works” and “What you earn”, then “Ask to join”: they create an account in the academy or sign in, pick the program, give their phone and “The code you would like”, accept the terms, then “Send my request”.

Anyone signing up from outside the platform verifies their email with a 6-digit code in the academy’s name.
Heads-upThe page lists programs that are running, “By application”, with “On the “Become a partner” page” on. If none is left, the visitor reads: “The partner programme is closed for now”.
- Step 4 of 5
Applications: accept, or decline with a reason
You get “New partner application”, and it shows in the “Applications” tab (“2 applications wait for your answer”), and so in “Waiting for you”. For each: “Applicant”, “Why they want to join”, “Their audience” and “Your student?”. Sofiane clicks “Accept” on Anis Bouzid’s application, which opens “Accept Anis Bouzid”: “Which program?”, “A personal rate · optional” and “Their code” (“Chosen by them. They can change it once.”), then “Accept and send the welcome”. “Decline” opens “Decline …” with the “Reason · the applicant reads it”: the program is full, the audience doesn’t fit, more information needed, or “Another reason…”, then “Send the answer”.

Heads-upDeclining is “A polite answer by notification and email. Their account stays as it was.” And “The reason arrives exactly as you write it”, so write it the way you’d like it read.
- Step 5 of 5
A partner without an account: a bookshop and a printed code
“En-Nour bookshop” sells Sofiane’s printed book, and its owner needs no account. “Add a partner without an account” (“Starts active; they can create an account whenever they want.”): “Program” “Bookshops and points of sale”, “Name” En-Nour bookshop, “Phone · optional” (“To message them on WhatsApp in one tap. We send nothing.”) and “Code” NOUR (“The buyer types it at checkout, so the sale counts for them.”), then “Add the partner”: “En-Nour bookshop was added”, “Active now with the code NOUR. Send them their statement link.” That link is “A secret read-only link, without buyers' names. Shown only once.” The owner opens it and sees a “Statement”: “Owed to you” and the transfer day, “This month’s sales with your code”, the last payment, and “Updated every day”.

Heads-upA partner without an account gets no messages in the app: write to them on WhatsApp. If their statement link is lost, open their file to make a new one.
Once partners are in
Questions
My student earned the certificate: do I invite them myself?
No need. In an “Open to join” program every student finds “Earn with us” in their space, and a certified student sees the “You can now become an ambassador” row under “Waiting for you” on their home. Whoever meets “Who is accepted automatically?” is active at once; the rest reach you as applications.
I sent the invitation and they haven’t opened it: does it expire?
Yes: it’s valid 14 days, usable once, and their code stays reserved until they accept. Once expired they read “The invitation has expired” and “Ask the academy for a new invitation.”, and you create another one.
Does the applicant see why they were declined?
Yes, “The reason arrives exactly as you write it”, by notification and email in the academy’s name. Their account stays as it was, and they keep learning if they’re a student.
Does an outside partner take a seat from my plan?
No. They create an account in your academy to follow their sales and earnings, but someone with no course isn’t counted among your plan’s students.
Can I cap the number of partners?
Yes, in “Joining and acceptance” → “Maximum number of partners”. “Once reached, new applications close on their own.”
