The Dirassa+ guide
Partners

Partners: your students and followers sell for you, and the commission works itself out

“Partners” is a section of your dashboard that gets other people promoting what you sell: every partner gets a partner link and a partner code, and when someone buys through them their commission is worked out from the order itself, and voids itself if the money is refunded. Dirassa+ takes 0% and never holds the money: you pay your partners yourself, while the platform calculates, protects and keeps the record. In this lesson Karim Mansouri, a photography trainer, opens “Karim Photo ambassadors” for his certified students, then adds a second program for Instagram photographers. It works the same for a fitness coach inviting her members, a marketer working with content creators, or an author leaving his code in his city’s bookshops.

  • A minute for the first program, 3 minutes for each one after
  • 6 steps

Who can do it: Whoever has “Partners: programs, partners and settings” (the owner and admins by default).

In 6 steps

  1. 1Open “Partners”, pick one of three templates, then “Continue”: the program is created and the section is on.
  2. 2“Items and commission” lists everything you sell with its price, its commission and “Partner earns”.
  3. 3“Overview” shows “What the program promises” as the partner reads it, and the “Join link”.
  4. 4For another program: “Programs” → “New program”, step 1 “Who”: the template, the name and how people join.
Show all
  1. 5Step 2 “What and how much”, then 3 “Review and publish”: “Publish the program”.
  2. 6Home shows the numbers and “Waiting for you”; “Partner settings” switches the section off or on.

Before you start

  • Something to sell: a course, an offer, a store product or one-to-one sessions. The program also covers what you add later.
  • The “Partners: programs, partners and settings” permission.
  • Decide who promotes you first: happy students, content creators, or shops and bookshops with a printed code.
  1. Step 1 of 6

The idea: a ledger, not a wallet, and a template in one click

Open “Partners” from the column. The first time you find “Let your students sell for you” (“Every partner gets a link and a code. When someone buys through them they earn their commission, worked out on the order by itself.”) and three templates: “Ambassadors from your students” (15% commission, 10% off for the friend, or a free month after 3 friends), marked “Recommended”; “Content partners” (25% commission, 60-day attribution) for creators, by your invitation only; and “Bookshops and points of sale” (300 DA per book, code only) for a shop that recommends your book with no internet needed. Karim picks “Ambassadors from your students”, then “Continue”: the “Karim Photo ambassadors” program is created with the template’s values, the section is switched on, and you land on the program’s page.

On screenPartnersLet your students sell for youAmbassadors from your studentsContent partnersBookshops and points of saleRecommendedContinue

TipThe students template lets your students join by themselves and accepts certificate holders automatically. The creators and bookshops templates are by your invitation only. Under the templates: “Dirassa+ takes no percentage, and your money never passes through it.”

Heads-upNo multi-level commission (no pyramid): a partner earns on their own sales only. And a member of the academy’s team can’t be a partner: promoting is part of their job.

  2. Step 2 of 6

What is promoted, and what a partner earns on each item

The first screen after “Continue” is the “Items and commission” tab: its first line reads “General rate 15% · friend saves 10% · 3 of 3 included”, then everything you sell in a table: “Item”, “Price”, “Commission”, “Partner earns” and “Included”. At Karim’s: “Phone photography” 9 900 DA → 1 336 DA, “Printed lighting guide” 2 400 DA → 324 DA, “Photo review session” 3 000 DA → 405 DA. Click an item to open “Commission on “Phone photography””: the “Rate” (“General (15%)” or “Its own”), “Included in the program”, and the line “The friend pays 8 910 DA and the partner earns 1 336 DA”.

On screenItems and commissionItemPriceCommissionPartner earnsIncludedRateIncluded in the programChange the general rate

TipThe commission is on what the buyer actually pays after the discount, delivery excluded, rounded down to the dinar: 15% of 8 910 DA = 1,336.5, so 1 336 DA.

Heads-upAn item with “Included in the program” switched off earns no commission at all, even when bought with a partner’s code.

  3. Step 3 of 6

What the program promises, and the join link

The “Overview” tab shows the month’s numbers (“Partners”, “Orders”, “Sales through them”, “Commissions”), then “What the program promises” (“As the partner reads it in their dashboard.”): “You earn 15% of every sale through your link or code”, “Your friend saves 10% with your code”, “The sale is yours if your friend buys within 30 days of clicking your link”, “Counts on the first 3 subscription renewals”, “Becomes due 14 days after payment, and after collection for cash on delivery”, “Your rate grows with your sales: Bronze 15%, Silver 18%, Gold 20%” and “Or a free month after 3 friends”. At the top, the “Join link” and a “Copy” button.

On screenOverviewPartnersOrdersSales through themCommissionsWhat the program promisesJoin linkCopy

TipKarim’s students find an “Earn with us” button in their account, and a certified student sees an invitation under “Waiting for you” on their home. The “Join link” is for inviting people outside the platform, in a WhatsApp group for example.

  4. Step 4 of 6

Another program: “New program”, step 1 “Who”

Karim wants to work with Instagram photographers on other terms. In “Programs” he clicks “New program”, which has three steps: “Who”, “What and how much” and “Review and publish”. In the first, “Who is this program for?”, he picks one of four templates (“Student ambassadors”, “Content partners”, “Bookshops and stores”, or “New program” for your own rules), types the “Program name”: “Instagram photographers” (partners see it in their dashboard), then “How do partners join?”: “Open to join”, “By application” or “By your invitation only”. Unless it’s by invitation, “Who is accepted automatically?” appears: “Certificate holders”, “Anyone enrolled in a course”, “Everyone who applies” or “Nobody: I review every application”.

On screenProgramsNew programWhoWhat and how muchReview and publishWho is this program for?Content partnersProgram nameHow do partners join?Open to joinBy applicationBy your invitation onlyWho is accepted automatically?

TipEveryone else reaches you as an application in “Partners” → “Applications”, which you accept or decline with a reason the person receives.

  5. Step 5 of 6

Step 2 “What and how much”, then “Review and publish”

In “How much does a partner earn?” pick the “Commission”: “Percentage” (“Of what the buyer actually pays, after the discount.”) or “Fixed amount” (“One amount per sale, whatever its price.”), then the “Friend’s discount” (0 = no discount; the code still counts for the partner), then “What is promoted”: “Everything you sell” or “I choose”, with “Advanced settings” folded. Karim keeps 25% and 10%, and the example appears: “Phone photography 9 900 DA → the friend pays 8 910 DA and the partner earns 2 227 DA”. Then “Review and publish” shows “Program”, “Commission”, “Friend’s discount”, “Promoted” and “Rules”, each with “Edit”, and the “Publish the program” button.

On screenHow much does a partner earn?CommissionPercentageFixed amountFriend’s discountWhat is promotedEverything you sellI chooseAdvanced settingsPublish the programEdit

TipEverything can change later from the program’s page, and changes apply to new orders only: what sold before keeps the rule version of the day it sold.

Heads-upA fixed commission never exceeds what the buyer pays: type more than your most expensive item’s price and the page warns you. And if the section is off, the page says: “Publishing it turns on the “Partners” section for your academy.”

  6. Step 6 of 6

Home, and switching the section on or off

The “Home” of “Partners” greets you and says how many orders came through your partners in the “Period” (“7 days”, “This month” or “The season”), then three numbers: “Sales through partners”, “Commissions” and “Due to pay” with the pay day. Under them, “Waiting for you”, ordered by what could cost you money first: commissions held by protection, applications, a statement to close, payouts not yet confirmed, task proofs. Then “Latest sales through partners”, “Top partners” and the “Invite a partner” button. In “Partner settings” → “General” you see “Dirassa+ commission: 0%” and the “Section is on” switch.

On screenHomePeriodSales through partnersCommissionsDue to payWaiting for youInvite a partnerPartner settingsDirassa+ commission: 0%Section is on

TipWhen nothing waits you read “Nothing is waiting for you”: every commission is approved, with no applications and no late payouts.

Heads-upSwitching the section off (“Section is off”) erases nothing: no new commissions are counted, links open your site as usual, and what exists stays and gets paid. “Switch on” on the home brings it back.

Questions

Does Dirassa+ take a cut of partner sales?

No. “Dirassa+ commission: 0%”. Buyers pay you through your usual methods, and the platform never holds the money: it calculates the commission, protects it from fake orders and records your payment to the partner.

Is a partner a new kind of account? Does it take a seat from my plan?

No. A partner from your students keeps their own account, with a partnership record; an outsider creates an account in your academy or stays without one, with a code only. Someone with no course takes no student seat from your plan.

Does the program cover the store and sessions too?

Yes. “Everything you sell” covers courses, offers, store products and one-to-one sessions, and new items join automatically. You can exclude an item or give it its own rate in “Items and commission”.

What if I change the rate after partners have started selling?

It applies to new orders only. Every order is priced by the rule version in force on the day it was bought, so what you promised before doesn’t change.

Can I pause everything?

Yes, from “Partner settings” → “General”. With the section off no new commissions are counted and links open your site as usual; your programs, your partners and what they are owed are kept.
