Growth tools: codes, verified reviews, installments and renewals

A marketing trainer gives an influencer a code of their own and knows how many orders it brought; a coding trainer asks students for their reviews, which show on the page with a “Verified student” badge without the trainer being able to change a letter; a language tutor lets a buyer pay in three installments or renew a bundle from their account. These are the “Growth tools”, and the server enforces all of them: buyers only see what is true. Codes, installments, the fingerprint and renewal work on showcase offers sold through the “order sheet”, not on a course’s checkout page (/checkout). Verified reviews don’t go through offers.

  • About 12 minutes
  • 10 steps

Who can do it: Opening and reading the screen: “Edit showcases”, “Manage offers and prices” or “Analytics”. Creating codes and setting installments and renewal: “Manage offers and prices”. Asking for reviews and moderating them: “Edit showcases” or “Manage offers and prices”.

In 10 steps

  1. 1Open “Growth” in the showcases strip: three tabs, “Codes”, “Verified reviews” and “Installments and renewals”.
  2. 2In “Codes”, tap “New code” and fill in the code, its owner, the discount type and value, the offers, the limits and the period.
  3. 3The code applies through its ?promo= link, never exceeds 90% of the price, and the better price for the buyer wins unless you switch on “Stacks on the launch price”.
  4. 4The “Report” says how many orders and how much money the code brought, by offer and by day, over 7, 30 or 90 days.
Show all
  1. 5In “Verified reviews”, pick a source, then “Every eligible student” or “Random sample” and tap “Send the request”: you never pick names.
  2. 6Review what arrives: “Publish”, “Hide” or “Public reply”, never editing anyone’s text.
  3. 7The student writes their review from “My reviews” (/learn/reviews) with their consent, and withdraws it whenever they like.
  4. 8In “Installments and renewals”, set 2 to 6 payments and the interval in days for each bundle or tiers offer.
  5. 9“Amount fingerprint” is a small discount of 1 to 49 DZD on receipt orders, so you find the transfer quickly.
  6. 10“Renew from the account” lets a buyer renew a recurring space bundle from “Renewals and installments” (/learn/renew).

Before you start

  • Codes, installments, the fingerprint and renewal work on offers sold through the “order sheet”, available by default in every workspace; a course’s checkout page (/checkout) doesn’t apply them.
  • Verified reviews need students enrolled in your course, space or product who meet the eligibility conditions shown on the screen.
  • For installments and renewal you need a bundle or tiers on sale: one-item offers don’t appear in the “Installments and renewals” tab.
  • For code links, a published showcase that sells one of their offers; without it you copy the code itself.
  1. Step 1 of 10

    The “Growth tools” screen

Influencer codes, verified reviews and installments in one place, enforced by the server so buyers only see what is true.

    • What’s in it?Three tabs, “Codes”, “Verified reviews” and “Installments and renewals”, each with a number.
    • Who does what?“Manage offers and prices” creates and sets, “Edit showcases” asks for and moderates reviews, “Analytics” reads the codes.
    • Where to start? In each tab: prepare, then read the report. And ask for reviews from day one.

TipEach tab follows the same rhythm: prepare, then read the report. Start asking for reviews from day one.

    All the details

From the showcases strip choose “Growth” (/dashboard/showcases/growth). Under the heading “Growth tools” you read: “Influencer codes, verified reviews, installments and renewals — all enforced by the server, so buyers only see what is true.”. Three tabs: “Codes”, “Verified reviews” and “Installments and renewals”, each with a number: codes not archived, reviews waiting for you, offers. The open tab is kept in the address (?tab=reviews or ?tab=offers). Whoever has “Manage offers and prices” creates and sets; whoever has only “Edit showcases” asks for and moderates reviews and reads the other tabs; whoever has only “Analytics” reads the codes. (If the Dirassa+ team pauses the engine by hand for your workspace, the “Codes” tab carries a card “Codes do not apply at checkout yet” and each code the state “Waiting for activation”, until it is resumed.)

On screenGrowth toolsGrowthCodesVerified reviewsInstallments and renewalsCodes do not apply at checkout yetWaiting for activation
  2. Step 2 of 10

    “Codes”: one code per influencer

Give each influencer a code of their own: it applies itself from their link, and you know how many orders and how much revenue it brought.

    • What you writeThe “Code”, 3 to 24 Latin letters or digits, and the “Code owner” buyers see: “Code Youssef −10%”.
    • What discount?“Percent” from 1 to 90% or “Amount” from 10 DZD, on the offers you pick or “Every offer of the workspace”.
    • What limits?“Maximum uses”, “Once per buyer” on by default, and an optional period in Algiers time.

TipCreate one code per influencer or audience, not one for everyone: the report measures each code separately, so you know who really sells for you.

    All the details

In “Codes” you read: “One code per influencer or audience: it applies itself when the customer opens its link, and reports the orders and revenue it brought.”. Tap “New code” and “New discount code” opens. “Code”: Latin letters, digits and dashes, 3 to 24 (case doesn’t matter); “Code owner”: the influencer’s or audience’s name, shown to buyers, “Code Youssef” (60 characters at most); “Discount type”: “Percent” from 1 to 90% or “Amount” in dinars from 10 DZD; “Value”; “Offers”: tick offers or switch on “Every offer of the workspace” (including offers created later); then “Limits”: “Maximum uses” (empty = no limit, up to 100,000, counted like seats: pending and paid orders), “Once per buyer” (on by default, by phone or account) and “Stacks on the launch price” (off by default); then “Period (optional)”, “Starts” and “Ends” in Algiers time; and “Internal note”, never shown to buyers. At the top, “Buyers see”: “Code Youssef −10%”. Then “Save”.

  3. Step 3 of 10

The link and the rules of application

The customer opens the influencer’s link and the code applies itself; the order sheet honestly says why it was accepted or refused.

    • The link“Copy code link” gives your showcase address with ?promo=; the code stays on the customer’s device for 7 days.
    • With a launch price? The better price for the buyer wins and the sheet says which, unless “Stacks on the launch price” is on: then both stack.
    • What never changesA code never takes more than 90% of the price, and its letters can’t change once it is used in orders.
    All the details

On each code row: the code, its “Code owner”, its value such as −10% and its state: “Active”, “Scheduled”, “Ended”, “Used up”, “Paused”, “Archived”. Beneath, its scope (“All offers” or the offer’s name) and its number of uses. “Copy code link” gives your showcase address with ?promo=CODE (it appears when a published showcase sells one of the code’s offers; otherwise “Publish a showcase selling one of this code’s offers to get its link.”, and “Copy code” remains). When the customer opens the link, the code applies itself and stays on their device for 7 days; they read “Code Youssef −10%” in the order sheet. Someone arriving without the link finds “Have a discount code?”, where they type the code and tap “Apply”, with “Remove the code”. A code never takes more than 90% of the price. With a launch price running, the better price for the buyer wins and the sheet says which: “The code beats the launch price, so it replaces it.” or “The launch price is better, so we kept it for you.”; if you switch on “Stacks on the launch price”, the two stack. The buyer reads the reason for a refusal in plain words: “This code is paused for now.”, “This code has expired.”, “This code has been used up.”, “You’ve used this code before: it’s once per buyer.”. Once a code has been used in orders, its letters can’t change so published links keep working. Each row has “Edit”, “Pause” or “Resume”, and “Archive”.

On screenActiveScheduledEndedUsed upPausedArchivedAll offersCopy code linkCopy codeHave a discount code?ApplyRemove the codeEditPauseResumeArchive

Heads-upIn the “Discount code” information inside “The offer sentence” you may read that the code doesn’t stack with a launch price; in fact the choice is yours, with each code’s “Stacks on the launch price” switch, off by default.

  4. Step 4 of 10

The “Report”: what did this code bring?

Know which influencer really sells for you: each code’s orders, payments and revenue over 7, 30 or 90 days.

    • What you read“Orders”, “Paid” with its share, “Revenue” and “Discount”, then “By offer” and “By day”.
    • Who sees amounts?Only people allowed to see revenue.
    • How to compare? After two weeks: 40 orders hardly ever paid differ from 12 orders all paid.

TipCompare codes after two weeks: a code that brought 40 orders that were hardly ever paid differs from one that brought 12, all paid.

    All the details

The “Report” button on a code row opens “Code report: …” under its owner’s name. Choose “Last 7 days”, “Last 30 days” or “Last 90 days”. Four boxes: “Orders” (everything that came with the code), “Paid” with its share, “Revenue” and “Discount” (what you gave). Then “By offer”, with each offer’s orders, payments and revenue, and “By day”, a bar per day. With no orders: “No orders with this code in this period.”. Amounts show only for people allowed to see revenue: “Amounts show for people allowed to see revenue.”. And in the order review from “Incoming” you read the code that priced the order and what it took off.

On screenReportCode reportOrdersPaidRevenueDiscountBy offerBy dayNo orders with this code in this period.
  5. Step 5 of 10

    “Verified reviews”: ask your students

Your enrolled students write their reviews from their accounts, and they show on your page with a “Verified student” badge.

    • Who gets it?Every eligible student, or a random sample of 5 to 500. You never pick names.
    • Who is eligible?A course for 7 days with 30% progress or a live attended, a space for 14 days, one session done, a product for 3 days.
    • Why it’s believedNo picking names, no deleting negative reviews, and one request per student every 90 days.
    All the details

Verified reviews don’t need the offer engine. You read in the tab: “Written by your enrolled students from their accounts when you ask, then shown with a “Verified student” badge. You can’t edit anyone’s text.”. In the “Ask your students” card: “The request goes to every eligible student or a random sample — you never pick names.”. Choose in “About” a course, space, sessions or product (“Pick a course, space or product”): you see “Eligible”, “Will be asked”, “Asked in the last 90 days” and “Already wrote”. Then “Every eligible student” or “Random sample” with “Sample size” (5 to 500, 20 by default), and tap “Send the request”: “Sent to 38”. Eligible: a course for 7 days with 30% progress or a live attended, a space for 14 days, one session done, a product for 3 days; one request per student every 90 days. If you asked for this source less than 7 days ago, the button is disabled: “You can ask again on …”. The student gets a “Write my review” notification in their portal. Under the card, “Recent requests”.

On screenAsk your studentsAboutPick a course, space or productEligibleWill be askedAsked in the last 90 daysAlready wroteEvery eligible studentRandom sampleSample sizeSend the requestRecent requests

Heads-upYou can neither pick names nor delete negative reviews: that is what makes “Verified student” a badge a visitor believes.

  6. Step 6 of 10

    Moderation: “Publish”, “Hide”, “Public reply”

You decide what gets published and reply in public, without touching a letter of what the student wrote.

    • What you seeThe text as written, and a “Why it’s verified” line with facts from their account: “40% progress”, “Attended a live”.
    • What you do“Publish” or “Hide” with an optional reason, and a “Public reply” of up to 400 characters under the review.
    • The average ratingIt shows from 5 ratings, the spread of ratings from 20. A hidden review still counts.

TipReply to every review, even a critical one: the public reply is read by people who hesitate, and it is the only word you get.

    All the details

Each review arrives in the “Pending” tab (and “Published”, “Hidden”, “Withdrawn”, “All”, each with its number). On each card: the author’s name, the source and “Shown as: …”, their score out of 5 if they rated, and their text as they wrote it: “The text stays exactly as the student wrote it.”. And a “Why it’s verified” line with facts from their account: “40% progress”, “Attended a live”, “Since March 2026”. Three actions: “Publish” (or “Publish again” for a hidden review), “Hide” with “Reason (optional)”, and “Public reply” (400 characters at most) which shows under the review, then “Save reply” or “Remove reply”. What its author withdrew (“Withdrawn by the author”) you can only see. A published review shows in your page’s “Sourced reviews” section with the “Verified student” badge; the average rating and its count appear only from 5 ratings, the spread of ratings from 20, and a review you hid still counts in the average: you don’t curate your score.

  7. Step 7 of 10

    The student’s side: “My reviews”

The student gets a “Write my review” notification, writes, chooses the name shown and agrees to publication themselves.

    • What they writeAn optional rating from 1 to 5 and a review of 20 to 600 characters, from “My reviews” in their portal.
    • Under what name?“My full name”, “First name + initial” or “No name”. The consent box is never ticked in advance.
    • After sendingThey see the review’s state and your reply, and can “Withdraw my review”: it disappears everywhere.

TipA student can only write about what meets the eligibility conditions, and you can’t write in their place: that is what makes the review verified.

    All the details

When you ask for reviews, the student gets a “Write my review” notification and “My reviews” (/learn/reviews) appears in their portal as long as they have an open request or a sent review. In “What you were asked about”, each request with its deadline (“until …”, about 30 days) and a “Write my review” button. They fill in “Your rating” from 1 to 5 (optional, “No rating”), “Your review” from 20 to 600 characters, and “Name shown”: “My full name”, “First name + initial” or “No name” (which shows for example “Student of the course”), then tick “I agree to my review being published on the teacher’s public pages.”, never ticked in advance, and tap “Send my review”. They read: “The teacher reviews it before publishing and cannot edit it.”. In “My sent reviews” they see each review’s state (“Being reviewed”, “Published”, “Not published”, “Withdrawn”) and your reply, and have “Withdraw my review” in two taps (“Tap again to withdraw”): the review disappears everywhere.

  8. Step 8 of 10

“Installments and renewals”: paying in stages

Let the buyer pay a digital offer in stages: access extends with each payment and becomes permanent after the last.

    • Which offers?Offers of several items. A one-item offer doesn’t show here; a course sold the usual way is split in its own pricing.
    • How to set it?2 to 6 payments, every 7 to 90 days. Not for a physical product, session credits or a downloaded file.
    • What the buyer sees“or 3 × 8,000 DZD, every 30 days” and a “Pay in 3 payments” button in the order sheet.
    All the details

This tab gathers offers of several items (bundle, choice, tiers and so on); for a one-item offer sold the usual way, a course’s installments are set in the course pricing. Each offer has a card with its name, type, number of codes and of installment plans. In the “Pay in installments” section: “For digital offers with unlimited or lifetime access. Access extends with each payment and becomes permanent after the last.”. Switch it on (“On” / “Off”), choose “Payments” from 2 to 6 and “every” 7, 14, 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 days, then “Save”. If the offer can’t be split, you read “This offer can’t be split:” and the reason: “Installments are for single offers, bundles and tiers.”, “A course on a time-limited plan can’t be paid in installments.”, “A space with a recurring period can’t be split; only lifetime spaces can.”, “Session credits can’t be paid in installments.”, “A physical product is paid on delivery.”, “A downloaded file can’t be taken back, so it can’t be split.”. The buyer sees “or 3 × 8,000 DZD, every 30 days” in the order sheet and a “Pay in 3 payments” button, then “First payment 8,000 DZD of 24,000 DZD”.

On screenPay in installmentsOnOffPaymentseveryThis offer can’t be split:Pay in

Heads-upA one-item offer sold by the engine doesn’t show in this tab for now, so don’t set its installments from here. A course sold the usual way has its installments set in the course pricing.

  9. Step 9 of 10

    “Amount fingerprint”: recognising the transfer

A few dinars off each receipt order make its amount unique, so you find the transfer in BaridiMob at once.

    • How much comes off?1 to 49 DZD, never more than 1% of the total. On by default for CCP transfer and BaridiMob.
    • What the buyer reads“Transfer exactly 4,893 DZD: the 7 DZD off helps the teacher recognise your transfer.” They always pay less, never more.
    • And you?In the order review: “Search BaridiMob for 4,893 DZD”. A receipt already sent for another order is flagged.

TipLeave it on if you receive many transfers; switch it off if your customers prefer a round amount and finding their transfer doesn’t bother you.

    All the details

In the offer’s card, a switch “Amount fingerprint”: “A small unique discount (1–49 DA) on receipt orders so you find the transfer in BaridiMob at once.”. It is on by default for CCP transfer and BaridiMob orders: the buyer is asked for an amount a few dinars lower, which they read in the sheet: “Transfer exactly 4,893 DZD: the 7 DZD off helps the teacher recognise your transfer.”. The buyer always pays less, never more; the discount never exceeds 49 DZD or 1% of the total, and it is unique among the pending orders. In the order review from “Incoming” (“Check receipt”) you read: “Search BaridiMob for 4,893 DZD” (or “Search the CCP statement for …”), with “Amount fingerprint: 7 DZD off 4,900 DZD”. If the same receipt is sent for another order, a warning shows: “This receipt was already sent for another order.”.

On screenAmount fingerprintSearch BaridiMob forThis receipt was already sent for another order.
  10. Step 10 of 10

    “Renew from the account”

Buyers renew their bundle of spaces at its price from their portal, so your page can honestly say “/month”.

    • Which offers?Only a bundle of recurring spaces, for example conversation and grammar for 2,900 DZD a month for both.
    • At what price? The bundle’s usual price at renewal time, never a launch price or a code.
    • When is it refused?Over 30 days after the subscription ended, or while a renewal is already open.
    All the details

For a bundle of recurring spaces, for example a conversation space and a grammar space for 2,900 DZD a month for both, the offer’s card carries a switch “Renew from the account”: “Buyers renew the whole bundle at its price from their portal, so the page can honestly say “/month”.”. So after a month, each space’s price doesn’t fall back to its separate price and lose the bundle’s discount. The student finds “Renewals and installments” (/learn/renew) in their portal as soon as they have a paid order, with “Bundles you renew from your account”: “Renews at the bundle’s current price: 2,900 DZD”; they choose “Payment method” and tap “Renew now”. Renewal has conditions: it is refused when the subscription ended over 30 days ago (“buy the bundle from its page”), and when a renewal is already open. On the same screen, “My installments”: “1 of 3 paid” and the “Pay installment 2: 8,000 DZD” button for whoever pays in stages.

On screenRenew from the accountRenewals and installmentsBundles you renew from your accountPayment methodRenew nowMy installments

Heads-upThe renewal switch exists only for a bundle of spaces with a recurring period; it doesn’t renew at a launch price or with a code, but at the bundle’s usual price at the time of renewal.

Questions

Where do the growth tools work?

Codes, installments on several-item offers, “Amount fingerprint” and “Renew from the account” work on showcase offers sold through the “order sheet”, not on a course’s checkout page (/checkout). They are available by default, with nothing to switch on; they stop only if the Dirassa+ team pauses the engine by hand for your workspace. “Verified reviews” don’t go through offers: you ask for them, you moderate them and students write them.

What does a buyer see when they open a code’s link?

The code applies itself and stays on their device for 7 days: they read “Code Youssef −10%” in the order sheet without typing anything. Someone who arrives without the link types the code in “Have a discount code?”.

Does the code stack with a launch price?

Not by default: the better price for the buyer wins and the sheet says which. If you switch on “Stacks on the launch price” on the code, the two stack.

Can I edit or delete a student’s review?

No. You only publish or hide it, and reply to it publicly. Only the student can withdraw it, whenever they like. And a review you hid still counts in the average rating.

Why can’t I choose whom I ask?

So reviews aren’t curated: the request goes to every eligible student or to a random sample, one request per student every 90 days.

How many installments can I split into?

2 to 6 payments, 7, 14, 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 days apart. The buyer’s access extends with each payment and becomes permanent after the last.

Why doesn’t my offer appear in “Installments and renewals”?

That tab shows offers of several items only; a one-item offer isn’t in it. And if your offer appears with “This offer can’t be split:”, the reason is written beneath.

Previous lessonComes with it and one-tap add-on
