Payment methods, receipts and codes.
- IncomingA CCP receipt for a course, a workbook order paid on delivery, a request for a one-to-one session, a card a student just used: everything your students send lands in one list, “Incoming”, the first page under “Sales”. At the top, “For you”, ordered by step; each row has one button that says what to do and opens that request’s own window over the list. No more going from payments to the store to bookings to find out what is waiting.5 steps · 5 minutes
- Payment methodsYour students pay you directly: a CCP or BaridiMob transfer with a receipt you review, an EDAHABIA or CIB card confirmed automatically through Chargily, a printed activation card, or a card delivered to them and paid on arrival. You set the methods and your accounts once for the academy, then each course picks its own. Every option is explained here, with what your student sees step by step.9 steps · 10 minutes
- Orders, receipts and codesEvery student who pays by CCP or BaridiMob transfer sends a receipt, and every receipt reaches you in “Incoming”, under “Sales”, among the “Receipts to check”, with one button: “Check receipt”. Behind it sits the “Payments log”: every order on a line, at the top what you collected this month and what waits for you, and every row says what it asks of you. You open the order in a popup — the same one from “Incoming” or the log — and see the receipt itself beside the amount due, approve or reject with a reason the student reads, and have five seconds to undo. From the “Cards” page you sell an activation card to one buyer who gets its code on WhatsApp, see who activated theirs and whose access is ending so you can renew it, print batches of cards for bookstores, look up a code a student says doesn’t work, and follow delivered cards until their money reaches you. Every button is explained, with what your student receives.9 steps · 13 minutes
- Sell outside AlgeriaYour students in France, the Gulf or Canada see your prices in their own currency and pay by PayPal or bank transfer, while nothing changes for your students in Algeria. It all happens in one tab, with one question per currency. Every field is explained here, with one example: “Mathematics — Bac 2026” at 4,500 DZD sells for €39.6 steps · 10 minutes
