Your school in front of students: teachers, pages, links and accounts

A visitor never sees your workspace; they see your school’s address: “alofok.dirassaplus.com”. There they meet the teachers before buying, read what their students said, arrive through their teacher’s link and create an account in your school alone. Every one of these pages wears your school’s identity: its logo, colour, menu and WhatsApp button. In this lesson Mourad Belkacem sets up Al Ofok Academy’s front: “Our teachers” with three teachers, Samia Benomar’s page with her students’ reviews, “Teach with us” for a new chemistry teacher, and Karim Haddad’s link bringing his students in. The same pages serve a photography or marketing school that says “trainer” instead of “teacher”.

  • About 8 minutes
  • 10 steps

Who can do it: The three switches in “School settings” need “Organization settings” (the director and deputy by default). Each teacher’s page is written by the teacher, from “My public page”.

In 10 steps

  1. 1On your school’s address: “Our teachers”, each teacher’s page, “Teach with us”, the teacher’s link and the “Your teacher” card, all in your school’s identity.
  2. 2“Our teachers”: search by name or subject, departments, sorting, and the rating as a number, “4.6 out of 5”.
  3. 3The teacher’s page: their introduction, numbers and courses, and a free lesson to start from.
  4. 4Verified reviews and screenshots come from “Student reviews” and show on their page.
Show all
  1. 5“Teach with us”: a teacher applies by themselves; the application reaches “Joining and invites”.
  2. 6The /t/… link: the first link a visitor clicks counts for 30 days, and the sale goes to its teacher.
  3. 7The course page: the “Your teacher” card, and the “All-access subscription” line when it includes the course.
  4. 8“School settings”: three switches for “Teach with us”, “Our teachers” in the menu and “Your teacher”.
  5. 9A student account on your address belongs to your school alone: a 6-digit code in its name, and password recovery in its name.
  6. 10Your team signs in on the same page and crosses to their workspace still signed in.

Before you start

  • “School” is switched on, and your teachers have joined by invitation or application.
  • In the “Rules”: “Teacher’s public page” on, and “Teacher’s name on the course” shown. Without them there are no teacher pages and no “Your teacher” card.
  • Each teacher has filled in “My public page”, visible to visitors, and published at least one course.
  1. Step 1 of 10

Your school’s address, and what opens on it

Everything in this lesson lives on your school’s address, like alofok.dirassaplus.com, or your own domain if you connected one. The pages: “Our teachers” (/teachers), each teacher’s page (/teachers/their-address), “Teach with us” (/teach), the teacher’s link (/t/their-code) and every course page, with its “Your teacher” card. They all wear your school’s own site: its theme, header, footer, WhatsApp button and languages. The visitor reads your school’s name, not the platform’s. “Our teachers” in the site menu isn’t added by hand: the link appears by itself once at least two teachers each have a public page and a published course.

On screenOur teachersTeach with usYour teacher

TipSend a hesitant student the “Our teachers” link rather than the course list: they pick who will teach them first, then the course.

Heads-up“Our teachers”, “Teach with us” and teacher pages exist only in a workspace with “School” switched on. Elsewhere the address leads to a page not found.

  2. Step 2 of 10

“Our teachers”: who will teach you, before you choose

The page opens on “Our teachers” and a line that counts for you: “7 courses by 3 teachers. Meet who will teach you before you choose.” Below it, “Search a teacher or a subject” (name, headline, department and specialties), the “Departments” chips (“All”, then each department a visible teacher teaches in), and “Sort”: “Most students”, “Rating”, “Name”. Each card: the teacher’s photo or initial on the school’s colour, their title and name, headline, students and courses, and the rating as a number and a bar: “4.6 out of 5”, no stars. No result? “No teacher matches” and “Show everyone”. At the bottom, when applications are open: “Teach a subject you don’t see here?” and “Teach with us”.

On screenOur teachersSearch a teacher or a subjectDepartmentsAllSortMost studentsRatingNameShow everyoneTeach with us

TipOnly an active member who made their page visible appears here. A teacher who leaves the school drops off the list by themselves; their courses stay where they are.

  3. Step 3 of 10

The teacher’s page: introduction, numbers, courses

Click Samia Benomar’s card and her page opens: her photo, her title and name, her headline, and two chips: “Rated 4.6 out of 5 · 18 reviews” and “Usually replies within 3 hours”. Then “Samia in numbers”, “Specialties” and “Samia’s links” (YouTube, Facebook…). The two buttons: “Browse Samia’s courses” and “Try a free lesson” when one of her courses has one. Then “Samia’s courses”: a card per published course with its price, marked “Free lesson inside” when there is one. Last, “Start with Samia today”; on a phone, a bottom bar stays with the visitor: “Trial lesson · Free” and “Start with Samia”. Samia writes all of this herself from “My public page” in “My school”: her page’s address, introduction, links, and the switch that shows the page to visitors.

On screenSamia in numbersSpecialtiesBrowse Samia’s coursesTry a free lessonSamia’s coursesFree lesson insideStart with Samia todayMy public page

TipThe title (“Prof.”, “Dr”…) is the teacher’s choice, and the page’s sentences address them by first name.

Heads-upIf the teacher hides their page or leaves the school, whoever opens its link reads “This page is no longer available”, with a pointer to your other teachers. Their courses are untouched.

  4. Step 4 of 10

What their students say: verified reviews and screenshots

At the bottom of the page, two parts. “What students say”: “Written by students themselves, published with their consent.” Each review shows its rating as a number, “5 out of 5”, its text, the name its author chose, the “Verified student” mark, and the teacher’s reply if she answered. Lesson notes their authors agreed to share join them. Then “From students’ messages”: real screenshots from WhatsApp, Facebook or elsewhere, each marked “Screenshot from WhatsApp”, with no rating. Nothing is added from the page: it all comes from the teacher’s “Student reviews”, added once and shown here and on every page selling their courses.

On screenWhat students sayVerified studentFrom students’ messagesScreenshot from WhatsApp

TipThe rating shown comes from verified reviews only. Screenshots persuade with their own words, and never count in the number.

  5. Step 5 of 10

“Teach with us”: a door for new teachers

On /teach, a page inviting teachers in: “We’re looking for teachers in chemistry and English” (your departments), then “Teach at “Al Ofok Academy” and focus on explaining” and “We bring the students, collect the money and pay you every month with a clear statement.” Under “What you get”, your default contract’s terms as they are: “60% of every sale”, or “All your sales” for a subscription, or “A fixed pay every month”, and “Paid by day 10”. “What we ask of you”: a filmed trial lesson of 5 to 10 minutes, accepting the rules, a review of each course before it goes live. Then the “Apply” form: name, phone or email (at least one), subject, years of experience, the trial lesson link and “Tell us about you”. After “Send my application” the applicant reads “Application received”, and the application reaches you in “Joining and invites”.

On screenTeach with usWhat you getWhat we ask of youApplyTrial lessonTell us about youSend my applicationApplication receivedJoining and invites

TipThe figures in “What you get” come from your default contract. Change the contract and the page follows.

Heads-upThe door is open only if the “Rules” let teachers join by applying from this page and the switch is on. Otherwise the visitor reads “We’re not taking applications right now”, and the page stays out of search.

  6. Step 7 of 10

The course page: “Your teacher” and the all-access subscription

After every course’s hero comes the “Your teacher” card: Samia’s photo, name and title, headline and a few lines of her introduction, then “340 students · and 3 more courses · Usually replies within 3 hours”, the rating as a number, and “Meet Samia” linking to her page (a page, not a popup: the visitor comes back with the back button). If your school has an “All-access subscription” that includes this course, one quiet line follows: “All-access subscription · or open 12 courses for 2 500 DZD a month” and “Subscribe”. The same line closes “Our teachers”. The page’s decision stays buying the course; the subscription serves someone who wants more than one subject.

    On screenYour teacherMeet SamiaAll-access subscriptionSubscribe

TipThe card needs a visible teacher page: the course of a teacher who hid theirs shows without the card.

  7. Step 8 of 10

    Three switches in “School settings”

Open “School settings”, then ““Teach with us” page” in the side list. Three switches, each saving itself (“Saving…” then “Saved”): ““Teach with us” page is open” (“A public page where teachers apply to you themselves; their applications arrive in “Joining and invites”.”), “«Our teachers» in the site menu” (“Appears by itself once two teachers have public pages and a published course.”) and “«Your teacher» on course pages” (“A card after each course’s hero: the teacher’s photo, headline and a link to their page.”). All three start on. Above them, in “Identity for the team”, “Your word for “teacher””: “Teacher”, “Trainer” or “Instructor”, on the school’s pages and for students.

On screenSchool settings“Teach with us” page“Teach with us” page is open«Our teachers» in the site menu«Your teacher» on course pagesSaving…SavedIdentity for the teamYour word for “teacher”

TipTurning “Our teachers” off in the menu only hides the link: the page stays on /teachers for whoever you send there.

Heads-upThe switches don’t override the “Rules”: if the teacher’s public page is off there, or courses show the school’s name only, teacher pages, the card and the menu entry disappear whatever the switches say.

  8. Step 9 of 10

Student accounts: in your school’s name alone

On your school’s address, whoever taps “Create your account” becomes a student of Al Ofok Academy alone: full name, email, password, then the create button. An email arrives in your school’s name: “Your Al Ofok Academy confirmation code”, with a 6-digit code valid for 24 hours and a “Confirm my account” button. They type the code into “Confirm your email” and press “Confirm”, or tap the button, and they’re in. The same email can have an account at another school, with a different password; neither sees the other. Someone typing an email already registered here reads “This email already has an account”. And “Forgot your password?” sends “Reset your Al Ofok Academy password”, with a link valid for 30 minutes. None of it names the platform.

On screenCreate your accountConfirm your emailConfirmation codeConfirmThis email already has an accountForgot your password?Recover your passwordSend reset link

TipNo email? Resending works after a minute, up to 5 times an hour. And the student should check their spam folder.

Heads-upA student registered at another school with the same email who tries to sign in here reads “This email has no account at this school yet”: they create an account with you, even with the same password.

  9. Step 10 of 10

Your team signs in on the same page

Your school’s sign-in page tells your team: “Teaching or working at this school? Sign in here with your usual account and you’ll go straight to your workspace.” Samia signs in with her usual email and password, sees “You’re on the team at Al Ofok Academy” with her role, and crosses by herself through “Open my workspace”: “You cross to your workspace already signed in — no second password.” A student never sees this screen: they enter their portal in your school.

On screenOpen my workspaceTaking you to your workspace…

TipThe school’s address is for your students, the workspace for your team. Send a new teacher your school’s sign-in link: they reach their work from there.

Questions

Why doesn’t “Our teachers” show in my menu?

It appears by itself once at least two teachers each have a visible page and a published course, the menu switch is on, and the “Rules” allow teacher pages. The page opens on /teachers either way.

Do my students see the platform’s name?

No. On your school’s address they see its name and logo, and confirmation and recovery emails arrive in its name.

My student has an account at another school with the same email: can they use it?

No. The account made on your school’s address belongs to your school alone. They create a new one, with the same email if they like.

How does a sale go to the teacher who brought the student?

Through their /t/… link: the first link clicked is kept for 30 days. If the visitor buys that teacher’s course in that time, the sale goes to them at the link rate in their contract.

Where do “Teach with us” applications arrive?

In “Joining and invites”, under “School”. You read the application with its trial lesson link, then invite or decline.

Can I hide teachers’ names entirely?

Yes, in the “Rules”: courses in the school’s name only. Courses then show the school’s name, and teacher pages and the “Your teacher” card disappear.
