Analytics

Your sales, your students and their learning, period by period.

3 lessons · 18 steps
  1. Analytics overviewThe **Analytics** page answers one question: what happened in your school over the period you pick, compared with the period before? You pick the period once at the top and every number below follows it, in Algiers days. “Overview” holds four numbers (confirmed sales, students with active access, new enrollments, lessons completed), a day-by-day chart, your course ranking and the list of students who haven’t started or have stalled. One example throughout: Sara Makhloufi, a video-editing trainer who owns “En-Nadjah Academy”, opens the page on 5 October 2026 on the last 30 days. It reads the same for a marketing coach, a photographer selling workshops or a teacher preparing students for the baccalaureate.6 steps · 6 minutes to read
  2. SalesThe money number in **Analytics** is called **Confirmed sales**, with one definition: every order you approved or whose online payment was confirmed, and every activation card used at its batch price, on the day of confirmation in Algiers time. The home page reads the same number. The “Sales” tab breaks it down: what you sold, how it was paid, where the orders stand, and how much came from outside Algeria. The example: “En-Nadjah Academy” from 6 September to 5 October 2026, **30,200 DZD** from 8 sales: Sara Makhloufi’s course “Video editing from scratch” at 4,500 DZD, “Editing project review” packs, a paid community and two activation cards sold through a bookshop. A photographer selling workshops or a language teacher selling sessions reads the same numbers.6 steps · 6 minutes to read
  3. Learning, sessions and teamMoney says who bought; the **Learning** tab says who is really learning. It holds four numbers (average completion, published courses, exam attempts, average score), four cards (student engagement, enrollment status, exam results, lesson status), and the table of all courses, which opens each course’s lesson-by-lesson analytics. Next to it, two tabs for those they concern: “Sessions & live” and “Team”. Same example: “En-Nadjah Academy” over the last 30 days, 64 students with active access, and Sara Makhloufi’s course “Video editing from scratch”, where many students stop at one particular lesson. It reads the same for a maths teacher preparing the baccalaureate or a photography trainer.6 steps · 7 minutes to read
