Papers and exams
Papers, exams, grading, results and the gradebook.
- Papers and examsEvery assessment on Dirassa Plus is a paper: practice for revision, a test whose score is kept, or an exam with a date and a time limit. All of them are written in one editor: you start with your first question, paste the ones you already have, or let Noqta suggest them from your lessons, and you try it as a student before you publish. Every button of the editor is explained here, along with what your student sees.14 steps · 12 minutes
- Question libraryThe “Question library”, under “Teaching”, holds the questions you write to reuse: write one once on the page, then copy it into any test, exam or practice paper with “From my earlier papers” in the paper editor, and see for each how many papers use it and how many students got it right. A question written inside a lesson or a paper stays that paper’s question and doesn’t join the library — but you’ll find it in “From my earlier papers” too.5 steps · 5 minutes
- Grading and resultsMost questions mark themselves the moment a paper is handed in; essays and uploaded files are left to you. Every paper has a page that says in one line what it needs from you now — results students are waiting for, papers to mark, students who haven’t started — and shows who finished and how each question went. You mark in one window with quick marks and a note for each student, let Noqta suggest without deciding for you, give another attempt to anyone a glitch let down, then announce results when you choose.13 steps · 10 minutes
- GradebookThe gradebook is the sheet a teacher fills at the end of every term: each student, their mark on every test and exam, their average, grade and rank. On Dirassa Plus it fills itself from your marking: you don’t copy a single mark. You choose the coefficients once, the average is computed for everyone, and everything follows any mark you change. In this lesson Mourad opens the calligraphy gradebook: two tests and an exam, 22 students. The same gradebook serves a maths tutor preparing the baccalaureate, or a trainer combining three assessment modules.6 steps · 5 minutes
