# The teacher ships herself: her account, her orders, one parcel per seller

> In the school store, one question changes a teacher's day: “Who ships physical parcels?”. When Mourad Belkacem, head of «أكاديمية الأفق», answers “Each teacher ships with their own account”, the store's pages open for Samia Ben Amor on her own orders: she connects her Yalidine account, confirms the orders for her “Physics summaries” (1,600 DZD) herself, sends her parcels, and her money comes straight to her. When Nadia Meziani orders Samia's summaries and Karim Haddad's book in one order, it becomes “Shared”: the store team confirms it, and it leaves as one parcel per teacher. The same goes for a training centre where each trainer ships their printed templates.

- Time: About 6 minutes
- Who can do it: Shipping is chosen by whoever changes the “Store in the school” rules (“Workspace settings” or “Payment settings”). The teacher works her pages with “Sell their products in the school store”, which the teacher role has by default. The store team (“Store and products” or “Orders and delivery”) sees everything as before.

## In short
1. The head picks “Each teacher ships with their own account” in “Store in the school”; the teachers' screens change the moment it is saved.
2. The teacher connects her own account in “Carriers and rates”: three sections, and the prices stay the school's.
3. “Orders” and “Call desk” on her own orders and share; she confirms and cancels those whose products are all hers.
4. An order leaves as one parcel per shipping teacher and one for the academy, each with its own cash on delivery.
5. “Shared”: the team confirms it; the teacher sees only her products and sends her parcel with “Send my parcel”.
6. “Customers” and “Returns” on her own orders and parcels; flags are set by the school team.
7. The money reaches her directly and the commission is a debt in her statement; in a partial delivery only what was delivered counts.

## Before you start
- Saved “Store in the school” rules: see the “Store in the school” lesson.
- A teacher's account at Yalidine or ZR Express, with its keys.
- Prices per wilaya in “Carriers and rates”, on the team's side: the buyer pays them whoever ships.

## The steps

### 1. The head picks “Each teacher ships with their own account”
In “School”, Mourad opens “Store in the school” and, at the third question “Who ships physical parcels?”, picks “Each teacher ships with their own account”: “They connect their Yalidine or ZR Express account and confirm their own orders.”. The parcel-fee field goes away, and the money block explains under “If each teacher ships” that the money reaches the teacher directly and the school's commission is a debt in her statement. Then “Save changes”. From that moment every teacher who sells finds, in the “Store” column, “Orders”, “Call desk”, “Carriers and rates”, “Returns” and “Customers” working on her own orders.
On screen: «Store in the school»، «Who ships physical parcels?»، «Each teacher ships with their own account»، «They connect their Yalidine or ZR Express account and confirm their own orders.»، «If each teacher ships»، «Save changes»
Tip: The screens follow the saved setting at once; the maths of commission and fees follows the date the rules take effect: the first save from the 1st of the current month, every change after that from the 1st of the next.
Heads-up: Switch back to “The school ships everything with its account” and the teacher's pages show “Your school handles your orders” again at once, even with confirmed orders she has not sent: arrange it with the store team before you change.

### 2. The teacher connects her own carrier account
Samia opens “Carriers and rates” and reads at the top: “Your school lets you ship your own products: connect your own carrier account, your parcels go with it and their cash comes straight to you. The prices buyers see stay the school's.”. She has three sections, not five: “Carriers”, “Cash at carriers” and “Parcel tracking”; prices and rules stay the school's. She presses “Connect a carrier” and connects her Yalidine account as in the delivery lesson. The store team sees her account in its list as “Samia Ben Amor’s account”, without editing its keys.
On screen: «Carriers and rates»، «Carriers»، «Cash at carriers»، «Parcel tracking»، «Connect a carrier»، «…’s account»
Tip: In “Cash at carriers” Samia sees what her carrier collected on her parcels, and “Mark as received” once the transfer reaches her account: the platform does not know about the transfer until she says so.
Heads-up: The buyer pays delivery from the school's table whoever ships; what Samia's carrier charges her per parcel stays hers to pay.

### 3. Her orders, her share, her call desk
In “Orders” Samia sees only the orders holding her products, with her own lines only. The amount on each row is her share: the whole order when every product is hers, otherwise her products' share of the total and what is collected at her parcel's door. An order that also holds other people's products carries the “Shared” tag. In “Call desk” she reads under the title: “Here are your orders whose products are all yours. Shared orders are confirmed by the school.”; she calls and confirms as in the orders lesson, then “Send to the carrier” with her account.
On screen: «Orders»، «Shared»، «Call desk»، «Here are your orders whose products are all yours. Shared orders are confirmed by the school.»، «Send to the carrier»
Tip: Confirmed by mistake? In its drawer, “More” then “Back to confirmation”, as long as no parcel is registered.
Heads-up: A teacher has no “Manual order” button, no assigning to a team member, and in the stages view moves only the orders whose products are all hers.

### 4. One parcel per seller
When an order holds products from several shipping teachers, or theirs with the academy's, it does not leave as one parcel: its drawer has a “Parcels” section with their count (“2 parcels”); each row carries its seller's name or “The academy”, what is in it, its carrier and tracking, “Not sent yet” until it leaves, and its cash on delivery or “Paid”. In the send window the team reads “…’s products · a separate parcel” or “…’s products · sent with her … account”. Each parcel has its own amount collected at its door.
On screen: «Parcels»، «The academy»، «Not sent yet»، «Paid»، «…’s products · a separate parcel»، «…’s products · sent with her … account»
Tip: Each teacher sends her own parcel with her own account, never someone else's. The academy's parcels go with the academy's account, sent by the store team.
Heads-up: The buyer receives several parcels for one order, each with its courier and amount. Tell them on the confirmation call so they don't refuse a parcel thinking it's a mistake.

### 5. The shared order: the school confirms, the teacher sends her parcel
Nadia Meziani orders Samia's “Physics summaries” and Karim Haddad's book together. In “Orders” the order carries “Shared”, with on hover: “Also has other teachers’ or the academy’s products — the school confirms it”. Samia opens its drawer and reads “Shared order — the school confirms it.” and “You see only your products and your share; you send your parcel once the school has confirmed it.”. She has no confirm or cancel button, and the order never enters her desk. The team calls Nadia and confirms; the order moves to “Confirmed”, and Samia sees “Send my parcel” in the “Parcels” section.
On screen: «Shared order — the school confirms it.»، «You see only your products and your share; you send your parcel once the school has confirmed it.»، «Confirmed»، «Send my parcel»
Tip: The store team sees the shared order whole, every line and the “Parcels” section, and confirms it from the “Call desk” like any other.
Heads-up: “Send my parcel” shows while her parcel has not left and the order is confirmed. If the team cancels it before then, it is cancelled for every seller.

### 6. “Customers” and “Returns” on her own orders
In “Customers” Samia sees only the buyers of her products, with a count like “12 customers · from your orders only”, and each customer's record counted on her orders: how many orders from her, how many delivered, how many refused. She sees neither the team's notes nor the student file, and flags are not hers to set: “No flag. The school’s team sets flags.”. In “Returns” are her own parcels that came back, which she receives and records.
On screen: «Customers»، «… · from your orders only»، «No flag. The school’s team sets flags.»، «Returns»
Tip: The students and prospects segments belong to the school and stay empty for a teacher.
Heads-up: A “blocked” or “deposit” flag on a customer is set by the store team, and applies to the teacher's orders too.

### 7. Money, commission and partial delivery
What the courier collects at the door of Samia's parcel goes to her account at her carrier, not to the school. The school's commission (“If each teacher ships”) is recorded as a debt in her monthly statement, under “Store sales”, and taken from her course share: 160 DZD on a 1,600 DZD summary at 10%. When some parcels of an order are delivered and others come back, the order moves to “Delivered” and only what was really handed over counts: the returned parcel's lines earn nothing, and carry no commission.
On screen: «If each teacher ships»، «Store sales»، «Delivered»
Tip: Mourad sees in “Store lines in the statements” a line like “… cashed by the teacher directly: its commission is a debt in their statement.”: from that sale, only the commission comes to the school.
Heads-up: The platform moves no money between teacher and school: the commission is a statement debt, taken from her course share; if her share is not enough, settle the rest between you.

## What comes next
- Store in the school: Who sells, who may sell, the commission per type and the review of products.
- Orders and confirmation: The stages, the call desk, sending back to confirmation and the refund after a cancellation.
- Delivery: Connecting an account, one-click sending, labels and cash-on-delivery money.
- The teacher's statement: What Samia reads in her monthly statement, and how to dispute a line.

## Questions

**Does a teacher see her colleagues' orders?**
No. She sees the orders holding her products, with her own lines and her share of the money. Of a shared order she sees only her products.

**Who confirms an order with two teachers' products?**
The school's store team. The order carries “Shared” and enters no teacher's desk; once it is confirmed, each teacher sends her parcel with “Send my parcel”.

**Does the teacher set the delivery prices?**
No. The buyer pays the school's price per wilaya whoever ships, and the teacher does not see the prices and rules sections. What her carrier charges her per parcel stays hers.

**The teacher has not connected an account yet: what happens to her orders?**
They stay in “Orders”; she confirms them, and her parcel stays “Not sent yet” until she connects her account and sends it, or ships it herself from “More” as in the orders lesson.

**How does the school take its commission when the money is with the teacher?**
The commission is recorded as a debt in her monthly statement and taken from her course share. The platform transfers no money between you.

**The teacher's parcel came back and the academy's was delivered, in the same order: what counts?**
The order moves to “Delivered”, and only the delivered parcel counts: the returned parcel's lines earn nothing and carry no commission.
