# Time sections: when what you sell happens

> What you sell sometimes has a time: a live session on Friday, a one-to-one session people book, a space humming with members. These three sections show visitors the real time, not a typed one: dates are read from your live sessions and your sessions calendar and update by themselves, and the space is shown without naming a single member. All of it works for every workspace, and a “Session times” time is booked on the service’s booking page. Our examples: Sofiane, a fitness coach with live Friday sessions, Amel, a career coach selling one-to-one sessions, and Tarek, who runs a photographers’ space.

- Time: About 3 minutes per section

## In short
1. “Live schedule”: your real live sessions in Algiers time with “Live now” and add-to-calendar, in seven layouts including “Timeline” and “Calendar”.
2. “Session times”: the next free time of a “Bookings” service, in six layouts; a tap opens its booking page.
3. “Space window”: members, this week’s activity and included courses, in six layouts including “Feed”, with no member named.

## Before you start
- A showcase open in the editor. Add the section from “Add a section” and change its layout in the “Layout” tab.
- For “Live schedule”: a course with a scheduled upcoming live session. For “Session times”: a service from “Bookings” → “Services” in the offer, and “Your hours” set for whoever gives it. For “Space window”: a space in the offer.
- For the figures in “Space window”: 15 members or more, otherwise they stay hidden.
- Nothing to switch on to hold the time: it is booked on the service’s booking page, with the “Payment holds” of “Booking settings”.

## The steps

### 1. “Live schedule”: your live sessions as they are, in Algiers time
“Live schedule” shows the course’s real live sessions as you scheduled them, in Algiers time, and for a visitor abroad it adds their own clock: “= 21:00 your time”. You type no date: you only write the “Heading” and “Intro”, and the dates update if you change a live session. The session in progress carries the “Live now” chip; a session with no planned end counts as over three hours after it starts. The seven layouts: “Agenda”, rows with a calendar page per date, and a “The programme” summary card on wide screens; “Single date”, a ticket for the next session with its date, length and host; “Rail”, date tiles on a sideways rail; “Cards”, one large card per session with date, length, the visitor’s clock and its calendar button; “Next”, one band naming the next session, for short pages; “Timeline”, the sessions as stops on one line, across the page on desktop and down it on phones, the first six then “Then 4”; and “Calendar”, the month of the coming sessions as a real calendar in Algiers time, its week starting on Saturday, live days lit (“Live day”) and today ringed; when the coming sessions fall in more than one month the first two show, and beside it on wide screens (under it on phones) the sessions of those months: up to six coming and the two latest that ran (“Ended · Recording in the course”), the rest as “Then 4”; pick it for a monthly programme whose days visitors want to see. Two settings: “Calendar button” (“Add to calendar”) in “Agenda”, “Single date”, “Cards”, “Next” and “Calendar” (in “Calendar”, one button that becomes “Add all to calendar” when more than one session is coming), which gives the visitor “Google Calendar” or “Calendar file (Apple, Outlook)”, with the course name and the reminder that you join from your account on the platform, never the join link; and “Past sessions” (“Folded” or “Hidden”) in “Agenda” (“Past sessions (3), recordings inside the course”) and in “Calendar” (the sessions that ran in its months, muted, or none).
On screen: «Live schedule»، «Heading»، «Intro»، «Live now»، «Agenda»، «Single date»، «Rail»، «Cards»، «Next»، «Timeline»، «Calendar»، «Live day»، «Calendar button»، «Add to calendar»، «Add all to calendar»، «Google Calendar»، «Calendar file (Apple, Outlook)»، «Past sessions»، «Folded»، «Hidden»
Tip: Sofiane puts “Next” under his opening, in one line “Friday 20:00 · legs session”, and “Timeline” lower down with all the month’s sessions. The calendar button lets visitors save the date on their phone.
Heads-up: No upcoming live session in the offer: “No upcoming live session in this offer right now.” with “Schedule a session”, which opens “New live” in “Lives” on a live class. “Rail” and “Timeline” have no calendar button: pick “Cards” or “Agenda” if you want one.

### 2. “Session times”: the next free time of your service
“Session times” shows the free times of a “Bookings” service the offer sells (or of a pack of your services); no time is typed by hand. They are worked out as on the booking page: from “Your hours” of whoever gives the service and its rules, over two weeks in Algiers time, minus every busy time (your sessions, what you blocked, your connected outside calendar, your live classes, your “Organization” appointments). What reaches the section: the single next free time for a new service; offers carried over from the old system keep their old setting (up to 6 times, or none). A service with no time to pick, such as a group session, sends no times: the section then shows the “Working hours”. The section has six layouts: “Next”, a ticket for the nearest time with others beside it, their number from “Times shown” (“3 times” or “6 times”); “Bar”, the nearest time in one bar with its button and two more; “Days”, the coming days stacked, their times as pills; “Week”, a strip of the week’s days, the visitor taps a day and sees its times; “Hours”, a card of your working hours and “Days with free times”, the nearest time beside it; and “Day cards”, one card per coming day (six days at most): the weekday on a band at its top, the nearest day lit, the date large with its count of times, its free times as pills that each start the booking, the cards a rail you swipe on phones and a grid on wide screens. You write up to 4 rows under “Working hours”: “Days” (“Saturday – Thursday”) and “Hours” (“9:00 – 18:00”), shown by the “Hours” layout and always when there is no time to pick. “Show the cancellation rule” adds “Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 12 hours before”. Each time is a tap that opens the service’s booking page with that time chosen, and the “All times” link opens it with every time; under the times, the line “The time is held with your order.”, the hold following the “Payment holds” of “Booking settings” (30 minutes by card, 3 hours to upload a receipt, by default). If the service is “Hidden”, the time stays on the showcase and is held with the order sheet, with the line “The time is held with your order: 20 minutes by card, until the payment is checked with a receipt.”.
On screen: «Session times»، «Next»، «Bar»، «Days»، «Week»، «Hours»، «Day cards»، «Times shown»، «Working hours»، «Show the cancellation rule»، «All times»، «The time is held with your order.»
Tip: Amel sells a “CV review session” as a “Bookings” service: she puts “Next” under her opening, so the visitor sees the next time and taps it, and “All times” opens the booking page with all her hours. With a single time, “Next” and “Bar” read better than “Days” and “Week”.
Heads-up: The “Show the cancellation rule” line is fixed and doesn’t read the service’s policy (by default: free cancellation up to 24 hours before): turn it off if they differ. With no times in two weeks the section says “No free times in the next two weeks” with your working hours and an “Ask for a time” button on WhatsApp. Without a service in the offer: “No 1:1 sessions in this offer.”.

### 3. “Space window”: proof that it is alive, exposing nobody
“Space window” shows visitors that the space is alive without exposing a member: no name, no photo, no post text (“Members' names and posts are never shown outside the space.”). It shows the number of members (from 15, rounded down), the posts this week and the included courses, plus questions you write under “Questions to ask” (up to 4, in your own words: “How do I set the light for a product photo?”; never copy members’ posts). If joining is limited to eligible accounts it says “Joining needs a student portal account.”. The six layouts: “Window”, a window onto the space with its figures, courses and questions; “Pulse”, the space’s figures on a centred band; “Room”, the room drawn as an app: courses as channels, questions as starters, posts blurred (“Members' posts show once you join”); “Rings”, the real figures as rings around the space’s name; “Card”, a slightly turned “Membership card” beside what it opens; and “Feed”, the space as a feed of posts where every card comes from what you wrote or what the space computes: its tagline (“About the space”), this week’s activity (“Space activity”), the included courses (“Included in the space”) and your questions (“A question you could ask”); the author is the space itself or a speech mark, never a member, and there are no dates. The feed then fades into “Members' posts show once you join” and a “Join to see more” button. Two settings: “Numbers” (members and posts) and “Show included courses”.
On screen: «Space window»، «Questions to ask»، «Numbers»، «Show included courses»، «Window»، «Pulse»، «Room»، «Rings»، «Card»، «Membership card»، «Feed»، «Members' posts show once you join»، «Join to see more»
Tip: Tarek, who runs the photographers’ space, writes four real members’ questions: “How do I choose a portrait lens?”, “How do I price a shoot?”, and picks “Room” so the visitor sees what life inside looks like.
Heads-up: The section needs a space in the offer: “No space in this offer.”. With no figures above their floor (15 members), no courses and no question written, it does not show: “Nothing to show yet: figures are below their floor and no question is written.”. Do not type your member count by hand.

## After the time sections
- Answer the doubts: “Questions” and “Guarantee” before the price section.
- Add a real date: “Deadline and seats” with a sales end or an upcoming live session.
- Connect the sale: The “Selling one-to-one sessions” guide shows how they sell from the showcase, and “Sell a ticketed live” how to sell a single live.
- Check on a phone: Times are read on phones first: pick the clearest layout.

## Questions

**Do I type the live session dates myself?**
No. “Live schedule” reads your scheduled live sessions in Algiers time and updates by itself; you only write the heading and intro.

**Does the calendar file contain the join link?**
Never. It holds the course name and the reminder that you join from your account on the platform.

**Why does the calendar button not show?**
It exists in “Agenda”, “Single date”, “Cards”, “Next” and “Calendar”, following the “Calendar button” setting. “Rail” and “Timeline” have none, and the page hides it for a session in progress.

**How many times does “Session times” show?**
The single next free time for a new service, and the “All times” link opens the booking page with every time. Offers carried over from the old system keep their old setting (up to 6 times over two weeks, or none). The “Times on showcases” choice no longer exists in “Bookings”.

**Is the time held for the buyer?**
Yes, on the service’s booking page: 30 minutes to pay by card, 3 hours to upload a receipt and then until you decide — the default “Payment holds” of “Booking settings”. For a “Hidden” service it is held with the order sheet: 20 minutes by card, or until the receipt is reviewed.

**Do member names appear in “Space window”?**
Never: no names, photos or post texts. Figures show from 15 members.

**Can I put all three sections together?**
Each has its place: “Live schedule” for live-session pages, “Session times” for session pages, “Space window” for space pages.
