# My school: your work as a teacher inside the school

> When you join a school on Dirassa+ as a teacher, you get your own corner of it, “My school”: what waits for you today, your courses, your contract, your personal link, and everything you send to the management. In this guide Samia Benamar, a physics teacher at Al Ofok Academy, starts from her first sign-in: she accepts the rules, writes her public page, creates her link, sends her first course for review, asks for a discount and invites her assistant Yacine Mansouri. The same steps hold for a video-editing trainer or a photographer teaching at an academy.

- Time: ≈ 10 minutes
- Who can do it: Anyone who works in the school without running it: the teacher first; the assistant, the grader and support staff see “My school” with what concerns them. The personal link, the teacher page and inviting assistants are for those who teach courses. The director and those who see the staff open the “The school” board instead.

## Before you start
- You accepted the school’s invitation and joined with your account.
- A photo on your account (it shows on your public page), and a headline and a short bio in mind.
- A CCP, BaridiMob or RIB number if the school pays you (details in the “My contract and earnings” guide).

## The steps

### 1. First sign-in: “Welcome”, and the rules before anything else
Once you join, the “Welcome” page opens: “Welcome to Al Ofok Academy, Samia”, then “What you agreed”: your role (teacher), your department if you’re in one, and your contract in words (“30% commission”, then “The school keeps 30% of each sale, you get 70%.”). Then “Your first steps”: “School rules”, “Your public page”, “Where to send your earnings” and “Your first course” with “Create a course”. Only the rules stand between you and the dashboard: read the “Full text”, tick “I have read the rules and accept them”, then “Accept version 1”. Until then “Go to my school” stays greyed out beside “Accept the rules first”. The rest can wait, and each line says what waiting means: “students won’t see you until you do”, “No payment is recorded before you add your account”.
On screen: «Welcome»، «What you agreed»، «Your first steps»، «School rules»، «Full text»، «I have read the rules and accept them»، «Your public page»، «Where to send your earnings»، «Your first course»، «Create a course»، «Accept the rules first»، «Go to my school»
Tip: The “Payout account” card sits at the bottom of the same page: add it now, once, rather than waiting for your first payment.
Heads-up: As long as the school has published rules you haven’t accepted, the dashboard sends you back to “Welcome” from any page. Before you accept, only this page, the rules, your public page and your account open.

### 2. “My school”: what waits for you, your month, your courses
“My school” is your home in the school. At the top: the date and the school’s name, the greeting (“Good morning, Samia”), how many things wait for you, and “Copy your link” if you have one. Then “Waiting for you”: everything that needs you, one line and one button: “Changes requested on “…”” with “Read the notes”, unanswered student questions with “Answer”, papers to mark with “Mark”, a new rules version with “Read them”, a statement awaiting payment or your confirmation with “View”, the payout account with “Add it”, the public page with “Complete it”. Otherwise: “Nothing is waiting for you”. Below, the month’s figures: “Your sales in October”, “Your provisional share” (“Closes at the end of the month”), “Your students” and “Your reply time” (30-day average), then “My courses” with each course’s state: Published, Draft, In review, Changes requested. On the side: “My contract” with “Details”, “Your personal link”, “My limits” (storage, courses and assistants against your limit) and the line of the rules you accepted.
On screen: «My school»، «Copy your link»، «Waiting for you»، «Read the notes»، «Answer»، «Mark»، «Read them»، «View»، «Add it»، «Complete it»، «Your sales in …»، «Your provisional share»، «Your students»، «Your reply time»، «My courses»، «My contract»، «Details»، «Your personal link»، «My limits»
Tip: “Your provisional share” moves with every sale until the statement closes; the amount you’re paid is the closed statement’s, in “My contract and earnings”.

### 3. Your public page and its address
In “My public page”, the fields sit on one side and the “Live preview” on the other, in the school’s colour and logo; the field you’re typing lights up where it lands. The “Title” shows before your name (Prof., Dr., Coach); the “Headline” is one line of up to 140 characters: what you teach and to whom; the “Bio” reads best at 40 to 120 words, and “Write it with Noqta” drafts it from three short answers; “Specialties”, up to 8; and “My links”: website, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram. Your name and photo come from your account (“Change them”). Then “Address & visibility”: “Your page address”, in lowercase Latin letters, digits and dashes, puts your page on the school’s address: alofok.dirassaplus.com/teachers/samia-physics; “My page is visible to visitors” hides it from the school’s site without touching your courses. Nothing is saved before “Save”.
On screen: «My public page»، «Live preview»، «Title»، «Headline»، «Bio»، «Write it with Noqta»، «Specialties»، «Add»، «My links»، «Change them»، «Address & visibility»، «Your page address»، «My page is visible to visitors»، «Save»
Tip: Write “Your page address” before you create your personal link: the link is built from it once (samia-physics-…) and never changes afterwards.
Heads-up: “Never shown to students: your phone, your email, your contract and your earnings.” If teacher pages are turned off in the school’s rules, what you write is saved and shown to visitors once the director turns them on.

### 4. Your personal link: every sale through it is yours
In “My school”, “My public page” or “My contract and earnings”: “Create your link”, once, and you get a link on the school’s address such as alofok.dirassaplus.com/en/t/samia-physics-3f9a2, with a copy button beside it. Whoever opens it lands on your public page (or on the school’s home if you have no page), and nothing they see changes. The first link a visitor clicks is kept for 30 days: if they buy a course you teach in that time, the sale is credited to you. The school’s rules set a rate for the link, written into your contract: “The school takes only 10% of what comes through it”, instead of its usual cut. In “My school” you read “Clicks on your link”, “Sales through it this month” and their share “Of your sales”.
On screen: «Your personal link»، «Create your link»، «Copy your link»، «Clicks on your link»، «Sales through it this month»، «Of your sales»
Tip: Add campaign tags (utm_…) to your link to know which post brought the sale: they follow the visitor to your page.
Heads-up: The first link counts: if the visitor clicked another teacher’s link before yours, the sale stays with that teacher until the thirty days run out.

### 5. School rules: read them, accept them, and every new version
“School rules” shows the version the school works by now: “Version 3”, “Published” and by whom, “In force from” or “In force since”, the “Includes a money change” badge when money is touched, “What changed in this version”, then the “Full text” in its sections as the director wrote it. On the side, “Accept the rules”: tick “I have read the rules and accept them”, then “Accept version 3”; it turns to “Accepted”. When the director publishes a new version, a notification arrives, “Waiting for you” shows “Rules version 4 awaits your acceptance”, and the page says: “The last version you accepted is version 3. Read what changed, then accept the new one.” “Earlier versions” follow at the bottom, each with its summary.
On screen: «School rules»، «Version 3»، «Published»، «In force from»، «In force since»، «Includes a money change»، «What changed in this version»، «Full text»، «Accept the rules»، «I have read the rules and accept them»، «Accept version 3»، «Accepted»، «Earlier versions»
Tip: The rules decide what needs approval: the price range, the discount you can give alone, the link rate, the statement’s closing day. Read “What changed” before you send a request.
Heads-up: The first version is the condition for entry. Later versions don’t lock the dashboard, but they stay in “Waiting for you” until you accept them.

### 6. Send your course for review
In a school, a teacher doesn’t publish a new course alone, unless the school’s rules allow direct publishing. At the top of the course page, in place of “Publish course”, the “Send for review” button, which turns orange when the status card above the curriculum says “Your course is ready: send it for review from the top of the page.”. It opens a window that says under its title “Depending on the school rules, the course may go through a review by the management before it's published.”, with “Message to the reviewer (optional)”, then “Send”. The button turns into “Awaiting review”, with “Withdraw request” beside it if you change your mind. If the reviewer asks for changes, the top of the course shows “Changes requested · Mourad Belkacem” and the notes: on a lesson (sometimes “at 04:12” in the video) or as a “General note”, a suggestion being marked “Suggestion”. Fix them, mark each note “Fixed”, then “Send for review again”: “only what changed is reviewed”; the send window reminds you of what is still open, such as “One note left”. Once approved, the course is published. A published course you edit goes the same way, as “Course changes”.
On screen: «Send for review»، «Message to the reviewer (optional)»، «Send»، «Awaiting review»، «Withdraw request»، «Changes requested · …»، «General note»، «Suggestion»، «Fixed»، «Not fixed yet»، «Send for review again»
Tip: Before sending, look at what the reviewer checks: “Cover image”, “Description”, “Free preview lesson”, “At least three lessons” and “Price within the school’s range”.
Heads-up: What you edit while the course is in review isn’t part of this round: “an edited lesson stays a draft after approval and goes in the next round.”

### 7. “New request”: for what goes beyond the school’s rules
In “My requests and reviews”, “New request” opens “What are you asking for?” with six kinds. “Price”: pick the course, read “Current price 3,000 DZD · School range 2,000 to 4,000 DZD”, and write the “Requested price (DZD)”. “Discount”: “Discount (%)” from 1 to 90, and “Until (optional)”; once approved, a discount code is created for the course. “Free course”: the course becomes free for everyone who visits it. “Quota”: more storage, 5, 10, 20 or 50 GB. “Assistant”: one more assistant seat. “Access”: “See students’ phones and emails”, “Export student lists” or “Host live sessions”. Then “Your message (optional)” (“a clear reason speeds up the decision”) and “Send request”: it reaches the management and opens in the list.
On screen: «My requests and reviews»، «New request»، «What are you asking for?»، «Price»، «Discount»، «Free course»، «Quota»، «Assistant»، «Access»، «Course»، «Requested price (DZD)»، «Discount (%)»، «Until (optional)»، «Requested storage»، «Requested permission»، «Your message (optional)»، «Send request»
Tip: Samia wants 20% off “Physics: electricity” until October 31 for final-year students: “Discount”, 20, the date, and one line saying why.
Heads-up: One open request per kind: “You already have an open request of this kind. Follow it in the list.”

### 8. Follow your requests: the decision, the conversation, the code
“My requests and reviews” gathers everything you sent: tabs “All”, “Open”, “Approved”, “Rejected”; columns “Request”, “Type”, “Status” (“Awaiting a decision”, “Changes requested”, “Approved”, “Declined”, “Withdrawn”) and “Last update”. Click a request to open its panel: the decision in words (“With Mourad Belkacem · no decision yet.”, then “Approved by Mourad Belkacem.”), “What you asked” (“20% discount · until October 31”), the “Conversation” with “Your reply” and “Send”, and “Withdraw request” while it’s open. For an approved discount: “Discount code” with “Copy code”: “one use per buyer on this course, until the date you asked.” For a course: “Review notes”, “Mark as fixed” and “Open the editor”.
On screen: «All»، «Open»، «Approved»، «Rejected»، «Request»، «Type»، «Status»، «Last update»، «What you asked»، «Conversation»، «Your reply»، «Send»، «Withdraw request»، «Yes, withdraw it»، «Discount code»، «Copy code»، «Review notes»، «Mark as fixed»، «Open the editor»
Tip: Share the code with your students as it is: one use per buyer, so no single student uses it up.
Heads-up: A request isn’t forgotten: after 48 hours without a decision, whoever decides is reminded, and a day later it goes up to the director.

### 9. Your assistants: invite them, work with them, ask for a seat
“My assistants” shows your limit: “1 of 2 · what the school allows you.”. “Invite an assistant” opens “What will they do?”: “Teaching assistant” (answers your students’ questions, marks their papers, and moderates your spaces) or “Grader” (marks your courses’ papers, doesn’t answer questions). Then “Their name (optional)” and “Their email (optional)”: with an email the link lasts 7 days and only they can use it; without one, 24 hours. “Create invitation link”, then “Send on WhatsApp” or copy it. They work inside your courses only, and the director sees you invited them. Each assistant has a card: “with you since …”, “Last active …”, and “End work”. Invitations not yet accepted sit in “Pending invitations” with “Cancel invitation”. Once your seats are used, the button becomes “Ask for another assistant”, with a reason you write for the management.
On screen: «My assistants»، «Invite an assistant»، «What will they do?»، «Teaching assistant»، «Grader»، «Their name (optional)»، «Their email (optional)»، «Create invitation link»، «Send on WhatsApp»، «End work»، «Pending invitations»، «Cancel invitation»، «Ask for another assistant»
Tip: Yacine Mansouri answers “electricity” students in the evening and Samia marks papers herself: “Teaching assistant” is enough. “They can’t publish or set prices, and never see your contract or earnings.”
Heads-up: “End work” cuts their access to your courses at once; if they don’t work with another teacher, their account at the school is paused until the director decides, and the director is told.

### 10. The notifications that concern you
The school’s notifications arrive in your “Inbox”, in your language, and each opens the page that answers it. To “My requests and reviews”: “Changes requested on your course”, “Your request was approved” (with “Discount code: …” for a discount), “Your request was declined” and “New reply on a request”. To “School rules”: “New version of the school rules” and “The school rules await your acceptance”. To “My contract and earnings”: “Your contract changed”, “Your monthly statement is ready”, “A payment was recorded for you” (“Confirm receipt in «My contract and earnings».”), “Your dispute was answered” and “Your payout account was changed”. To support: “Student questions were assigned to you”. And if your work ends: “Your work with the school has ended”, “What you are still owed is paid as usual.”
On screen: «Inbox»، «Changes requested on your course»، «Your request was approved»، «Your request was declined»، «New reply on a request»، «New version of the school rules»، «The school rules await your acceptance»، «Your contract changed»، «Your monthly statement is ready»، «A payment was recorded for you»، «Your dispute was answered»، «Your payout account was changed»، «Student questions were assigned to you»، «Your work with the school has ended»
Tip: “Your payout account was changed” means the school edited it: open it and check the number, even if you asked for nothing.

## What’s next
- Your contract and earnings: The monthly statement, payments and “I received it”, disputes, the payout account: the “My contract and earnings” guide.
- Your course at the reviewer’s: How the director reads your course and writes notes: the course review guide.
- The rules, from the director’s side: What the director sets in the rules, and how a version is published: the “School rules” guide.

## Questions

**Why does the dashboard keep sending me back to “Welcome”?**
Because the school published rules you haven’t accepted yet. Read them, tick “I have read the rules and accept them”, then “Accept version …”, and the whole dashboard opens.

**Can I publish my course without a review?**
Only if the school’s rules allow direct publishing; then the usual “Publish” button stays. Otherwise it’s “Send for review”, and the course isn’t published before approval.

**I changed “Your page address”: does my personal link change?**
No. The link is built from the address once, when it’s created, and stays the same; it keeps opening your page at its new address.

**A student clicked my link and bought a week later: is the sale mine?**
Yes, if your link was the first teacher link they clicked, 30 days haven’t passed, and the course they bought is one of yours.

**Does my assistant see my earnings or my contract?**
No. Assistants and graders work inside your courses only: they don’t publish or set prices, and never see your contract or earnings.

**I can’t find “Invite an assistant”. Why?**
If your seats are used, the button becomes “Ask for another assistant”, which sends a request to the management. And inviting assistants is for teachers who teach courses.
