# My contract and earnings: your monthly statement, your payments, your account

> Everything about your money in the school sits on one page: “My contract and earnings”. You watch the month’s statement build sale by sale, your contract with every version, and the closed statements with their payments; you confirm what arrived with “I received it”, and dispute a line you think is wrong. In this guide Samia Benamar, a physics teacher on 70% at Al Ofok Academy, follows October, reads September’s statement line by line and confirms a CCP transfer. And last: what stays yours if the work ends.

- Time: ≈ 8 minutes
- Who can do it: Anyone with a contract or sales in the school, the teacher first. Nobody else sees your figures except the director and those with the payments permission; your assistants never see them.

## In short
1. “October statement”: the sales, the school’s part, and “Yours”, provisional until the statement closes.
2. “My contract”: the title, the sentences and the example, the upcoming version, and the “Contract history”.
3. “Past statements”: the net and state of each month, “Details” and “Explain my statement”.
4. “Full statement, to print or save as PDF”: every line, including “All-access subscription” and “Discounts”.
5. “I received it”: confirm each payment once you see it in your account.
6. “Carried to next month”: what is under the minimum moves to the next statement.
7. “Dispute a line”: a discussion on one line; the correction goes into the open month.
8. “Payout account”: method, name and number, masked, and “Verified” once checked.
9. After the work ends: /former, to read, confirm and dispute.

## Before you start
- A contract set by the director: without one, no share is counted (“You have no contract yet, so no share is counted”).
- Your account number: CCP with its key, BaridiMob RIP, bank RIB, or cash.
- For the link rate to count: your personal link, created from “My school”.

## The steps

### 1. This month’s statement, as it forms
At the top of “My contract and earnings”, three figures: “Your provisional share for October” (“From 42 000 DZD in sales”), “Statement September #4” with its state, and “Received so far” with the number of confirmed statements. Below, “October statement” with the badge “Provisional · open until October 31”: “Course sales” (“14 paid enrolments”), “Paid sessions” if you teach one-to-one sessions, “Total so far”, “To the school”, then “Yours”: 31 200 DZD, “Provisional until the statement closes”. Under it, what explains the figure: “Through your link this month: 9 000 DZD (21% of your sales).”, “Paid enrolments in your courses reached … this month, so your share is now …%” if your contract has a tier, the warning about code activations without a price, then the schedule: “The month’s statement closes once the month is over and is paid by day 10 of the next month.” and “Minimum payout 5 000 DZD.”
On screen: «My contract and earnings»، «Your provisional share for …»، «Statement … #…»، «Received so far»، «… statement»، «Provisional · open until …»، «Course sales»، «Paid sessions»، «Total so far»، «To the school»، «Yours»
Tip: Why 31 200 and not 70% of 42 000? Because 9 000 DZD came through Samia’s link, and the school takes only the link rate (10%) on it: 33 000 × 70% + 9 000 × 90%.
Heads-up: “Provisional”: the figure moves until the statement closes after the month ends, and a refund before then may come off it, depending on what the school’s rules say about refunds. What is paid is the closed statement’s amount.

### 2. Your contract and its versions
The “My contract” card on the side: the title (“30% commission”, which is the school’s part), then the sentences: “The school keeps 30% of each sale, you get 70%.”, an example from your own course: “For example: a sale of “Physics: electricity” at 3 000 DZD brings you 2 100 DZD.”, and “Since June 1”. If the director set an upcoming version, its badge shows: “From November 1: 25% commission”. Then the lines: “Model” (Commission, Monthly fee, Salary + commission, Fixed salary, Per session, Fee + commission), “Your link” (“The school takes only 10% of what comes through it”), “Payment” (“Closes after the month ends, paid by day 10 of the next month”), “Rules” (the version you accepted) and “Note” if the director wrote one. At the bottom, the “Contract history”: every version with its start date and who set it (“set by Mourad Belkacem”): “In force”, the next one “Starts …”, earlier ones “From …”.
On screen: «My contract»، «Since …»، «From …»، «Model»، «Your link»، «Payment»، «Rules»، «Note»، «Contract history»، «In force»، «Starts …»، «set by …»
Tip: In a “Commission” contract the title reads the school’s rate; yours is in the sentence under it (“you get 70%”) and in the example in dinars.
Heads-up: Your contract doesn’t change overnight: a new version starts on the first of a month, with at least 14 days’ notice, and you get “Your contract changed”. Each statement line is counted with the version in force on the day of the sale.

### 3. Closed statements and their states
After the month ends its statement is closed and you get “Your monthly statement is ready”. In “Past statements”, each statement has its “Month” and number (“September 2026 #4”), with “Sales 51 000” and “Adjustments …” if any, then “Net to you” and “State”: “Closed · awaiting payment”, “Paid · confirm receipt”, “Partly paid” (“Paid 20 000 of 39 600”), “Paid”, “Confirmed”, “Carried to next month” or “Nothing due”, with the “Open dispute” badge if you disputed. “Details” opens the statement’s panel: “Sales”, “Your share”, “Adjustments” if any, and “Net to you”; then “Payments” and “Disputes”. And “Explain my statement”: Noqta writes it out in plain words.
On screen: «Your monthly statement is ready»، «Past statements»، «Month»، «Net to you»، «State»، «Closed · awaiting payment»، «Paid · confirm receipt»، «Partly paid»، «Paid»، «Confirmed»، «Carried to next month»، «Nothing due»، «Open dispute»، «Details»، «Sales»، «Your share»، «Adjustments»، «Payments»، «Disputes»، «Explain my statement»
Tip: A closed statement never changes: any later correction goes into the open month, as a line that quotes the statement’s number.

### 4. The full statement: every line, and printable
In the statement’s panel: “Full statement, to print or save as PDF”. It is the very page the director sees, with at the top: “This statement derives from the same records the manager sees…”. The summary: “Subscribers”, “Revenue”, “Teacher’s share”, “Net due”, and the state (“Closed”, “Paid”, or “Live draft” for the running month, picked from the month bar). Then the lines in groups, each sale with its date, student and course: “Paid orders”, “Code activations”, “One-to-one sessions”, “Refunds”; then “All-access subscription”: your slice of what subscribers pay for the school’s all-access subscription, shared among teachers by the minutes subscribers watched of their courses, and added on top of your contract; then “Discounts (who bears them)”: your share is counted on what the student actually paid, and this line corrects the split by the school’s rule: when the teacher bears discounts, the school’s part of the discount is taken from you; when the school bears them, your part is given back. Last, “Adjustments”. Press “Print” under the statement: it comes out with the school’s letterhead, “Statement #4”, and the rounding rule at the bottom.
On screen: «Full statement, to print or save as PDF»، «Subscribers»، «Revenue»، «Teacher’s share»، «Net due»، «Closed»، «Paid»، «Live draft»، «Paid orders»، «Code activations»، «One-to-one sessions»، «Refunds»، «All-access subscription»، «Discounts (who bears them)»، «Adjustments»
Tip: Before you dispute, find the sale here: each line has its date and the student’s name, so you can quote the exact line.
Heads-up: If the school’s rule is “proportional”, there is no discounts line: each side bears it by its share, already inside the sale. The wording of these two lines shows in Arabic.

### 5. “I received it”: confirm each payment
When the school records a transfer for you, you get “A payment was recorded for you”, the statement turns to “Paid · confirm receipt”, and it shows in “Waiting for you” on “My school”. On the statement’s row, the “I received it” button when there is one payment; in its panel, each payment with its amount, method, reference and date: “39 600 DZD · CCP · Reference 0918-4471 · October 6”. Check your account, then “I received it”: the payment reads “Confirmed October 7”, the statement “Confirmed”, and whoever recorded it is told. A partial payment shows “Paid 20 000 of 39 600”, and each payment is confirmed on its own. “Received so far”, at the top of the page, adds up everything that reached you.
On screen: «A payment was recorded for you»، «Paid · confirm receipt»، «I received it»، «Payments»، «Reference …»، «Confirmed …»، «Receipt confirmed»، «Confirmed»، «Paid … of …»، «Received so far»
Tip: Don’t confirm before you see the amount in your account: your confirmation is what tells the school the money arrived.
Heads-up: “I received it” can’t be undone. A payment was recorded but never reached you? Don’t press it; open the statement and dispute the line.

### 6. A carried statement, or nothing due
The school’s rules set a minimum payout (“Minimum payout 5 000 DZD”): a statement whose net is below it isn’t transferred alone; it becomes “Carried to next month” and is paid with the next statement. A statement with a negative net is carried the same way, for instance a monthly fee larger than the month’s sales. July’s statement, say: 3 500 DZD, carried to August. A statement with nothing for you: “Nothing due”. A carried statement doesn’t count in “Received so far”, since it isn’t paid yet. What changes the net after the count shows under “Adjustments”: an advance or a deduction lowers it, a bonus or a correction after a dispute raises it, each line with its written reason.
On screen: «Carried to next month»، «Nothing due»، «Minimum payout …»، «Received so far»، «Adjustments»
Tip: A holiday month with few sales isn’t lost: it is carried and paid with the next month, instead of a tiny transfer.

### 7. Dispute a line
In the statement’s panel: “Dispute a line”. “A dispute doesn’t reject the whole statement; it opens a discussion on one line with accounting and the director.” Fill in “The sale or line concerned” (“Sale of Sept 21 · Ishak · “Physics: electricity””), the “Amount concerned (DZD)” and “What’s wrong?” (required), then “Send dispute”: “Your dispute was sent. The reply will appear here.”. It reaches the director and those who close and pay statements; the statement carries the “Open dispute” badge and stands. When it’s answered you get “Your dispute was answered”, and under “Disputes” you read its state (“Open”, “Accepted”, “Rejected”) and “Reply: …”. An accepted dispute with an amount goes into the open month’s statement as a correction, because a closed statement never changes.
On screen: «Dispute a line»، «The sale or line concerned»، «Amount concerned (DZD)»، «What’s wrong?»، «Send dispute»، «Your dispute was answered»، «Disputes»، «Open»، «Accepted»، «Rejected»
Tip: A precise dispute is settled faster: the date, the student’s name and the course, and the amount you think is right.

### 8. The payout account: where your earnings land
The “Payout account” card: “Where should the school send your earnings?”. “Add payout account” or “Edit”: “Payout method” (CCP, BaridiMob, Bank account, Cash), “Name as on the account” and “Account number”: “Account number then key, e.g. 0023458791 42” for CCP, the 20-digit RIP for BaridiMob, the 20-digit RIB for a bank. With “Cash” there’s no number, only “Who collects the money”. Then “Save”. The number shows masked, even to you (“CCP ••••8742”); only the person who records payments at the school sees it in full. Beside it: “Verified” once accounting has checked it, or “Not checked yet”.
On screen: «Payout account»، «Add payout account»، «Edit»، «Payout method»، «CCP»، «BaridiMob»، «Bank account»، «Cash»، «Name as on the account»، «Account number»، «Save»، «Verified»، «Not checked yet»
Tip: Add the account on day one: “No payment is recorded before you add your account”.
Heads-up: “Editing the account sets it back to “Not checked yet” until accounting checks it.” If the school edits it, you get “Your payout account was changed”; check it at once if you didn’t ask for it.

### 9. After the work ends: what you’re owed stays yours
If the school ends your work with it, you get “Your work with the school has ended”: “What you are still owed is paid as usual.”. The school’s dashboard no longer opens for you, but your money stays on a page of its own: /former, which the notification opens, and where your account is sent when you have no other workspace. With one school, “Your money from Al Ofok Academy” opens directly; with several: “My money from former schools”, each school with what is still owed there. On the page: “Still owed”, “Received”, “Payments to confirm”, then the same statements with “I received it”, “Details” and “Dispute a line”, and the “Payout account” card to say where the rest goes. “For a question about your money, dispute the statement concerned: it reaches the director and is answered here.” And “Continue to Dirassa+” to start your own workspace.
On screen: «Your work with the school has ended»، «My money from former schools»، «Your money from …»، «Still owed»، «Received»، «Payments to confirm»، «I received it»، «Details»، «Dispute a line»، «Payout account»، «All former schools»، «Continue to Dirassa+»
Tip: Sign in with the same account you worked with: your statements are tied to that account.
Heads-up: /former has no “Full statement, to print or save as PDF”: print your full statements while you still work at the school.

## What’s next
- My school: Your public page, your personal link, the rules and requests: the “My school” guide.
- Payments, from the school’s side: How statements are closed, payments recorded and disputes answered: the payouts guide.
- Contracts, from the director’s side: The six models, versions and notice, tiers: the contracts guide.

## Questions

**Why is “Your provisional share” above my contract rate?**
Because what comes through your link is counted at the link rate, a tier in your contract may be reached, and your slice of the “All-access subscription” is added on top of the contract.

**When is the month’s statement paid?**
After the month ends: it can be closed from the 1st of the next month, and is paid by the last day to pay in the school’s rules (day 10 if none is set). The schedule is under the month’s statement and in “My contract” (“Payment”).

**The school recorded a payment I never received. What do I do?**
Don’t press “I received it”. Open “Details” on that statement, then “Dispute a line”, quoting the payment and its reference.

**Can the director change my contract whenever they like?**
No. A new version starts on the first of a month with at least 14 days’ notice; you get “Your contract changed”, and earlier versions stay in the “Contract history”.

**What’s the difference between “Carried to next month” and “Nothing due”?**
A carried statement has an amount under the minimum (or a negative net) that moves to the next statement. “Nothing due” is a statement with nothing for you.

**My work at the school ended: do I lose what I’m owed?**
No. “What you are still owed is paid as usual”, and you follow it on /former: confirm payments, dispute, and update your payout account.
