# What the partner sees in “Earn with us”: links, sales and earnings > A partner doesn’t enter another dashboard: their “Earn with us” space lives inside the student platform itself, in your academy’s colours and name, not Dirassa+’s. From it they share their link, see every sale with its state and reason, choose how to get paid and confirm the money arrived. This lesson is for you, to know what your partners read, and for them if you send it on. We follow Ines Mehdi, who earned the “Phone photography” certificate with Karim Mansouri and becomes his ambassador. The same space serves a fitness club member, the owner of a marketing page, or a bookshop that created its account. - Time: Two minutes to join, then a minute every time the partner shares - Who can do it: The partner themselves, from their account on your academy’s platform. Joining: clear terms, a code you choose When Ines earned her certificate, her home showed, under “Waiting for you”, the “You can now become an ambassador” row with “they get 10% off, and you earn 15% on every purchase.” beneath it, then “Learn more” and “Later”, and the “More” menu offers “Earn with us”. The “Join “Karim Photo ambassadors”” page: “You earn 15% on every purchase” “and on the first 3 subscription renewals”, “Your friend pays 10% less”, “Or a free month after 3 friends”. Then “Your code” (“Your friend types it at checkout if they didn’t open your link.”): she types INES and reads “Available”, or suggestions if it’s taken. Then “Show my first name to visitors”, accepting the terms and “Join now”: “Your link is ready” and “Share on WhatsApp”. Heads-up: The terms are plain: “No paid ads in the name of the academy or the teacher.”, “No promises you can’t keep: no guaranteed success, no discount that doesn’t exist.”, “No commission on your own purchases or on orders by the academy’s team.” ### 2. Home: what’s yours, and when it arrives “Earn with us” has seven sections: “Home”, “My links”, “Materials”, “Tasks”, “Sales”, “My earnings” and “Settings”. On Home, the “Share your link” button, then “Owed to you” 2,672 DA and “Paid on 5 November to BaridiMob”, “In safety period” (“Due 14 days after payment”) and “Received so far”. Then “This month”: “Visits”, “Orders” and “Conversion” per channel. Then “Needs you”: “Confirm receipt of statement No. 6”, “Add your payout details” (“Before your first payment, not to start”) or a new task. At first, “Get started in two minutes”: accept the terms, choose your code, first share, payout details. My links: a smart link, and a link per channel In “My links”, first “Your smart link” (“Opens the academy’s page, and any purchase through it counts for you.”). Then “New link”: “To which page?” (the academy’s page, a course or a product, or “Any page” whose link you paste), “Channel name”: “TikTok”, then “Create and copy the link”. The “Your links” table gives each link’s channel, visits, orders and your commission, so Ines knows where she sells. And “Ready links” “For every course and product”, with what she earns on each: “Phone photography · You earn 1,336 DA”. From “Share”: WhatsApp, Facebook, “Story”, a “QR” to print, and “Write the message for me” by Noqta. Sales: every sale with its state and reason In “Sales”, the tabs “All”, “In safety period”, “Due”, “Paid” and “Cancelled”, with the “Month”. The columns: “Buyer” (a short name like “Sara B.”, or “A buyer”), “What”, “How it came” (“With your code”, ““TikTok” link” or “Assigned to you by the teacher”), “Your commission” and “State”, with a note: “Becomes due 27 October”, “Counts once the parcel is delivered” or “The parcel was returned on 9 October”. A tap opens “Sale details”: “Counted for you because the buyer typed your code.”, then “What could cancel it?”: “If the buyer is refunded or the parcel comes back during the safety period, the commission is cancelled.”, then “Got it”. My earnings: how I get paid, and confirming In “My earnings”: “Next payment”, “Your statements” (“Paid directly by Karim Photo, no middleman”), and for each statement the date sent, the “Transfer proof” and “Confirm receipt” (“I received it” or “I didn’t get it”). Then “How I get paid” → “Change how I get paid”: “How do you want 2,672 DA?”: “Money to BaridiMob”, “Academy credit” (“+20% bonus, to spend on any course or product”) or the reward in kind when it’s ready, then “Save my choice”. And “Payout details”: “Payout method” (BaridiMob, CCP or cash), “Name on the account”, “RIP number”, then “Continue”: a 6-digit code arrives by email: “Check your email” → “Code” → “Confirm and save”. A partner under 18 picks “The account is in my guardian’s name”. Heads-up: “Any change to your payout details needs a 6-digit code sent to your email, and delays the next payment by 7 days to protect you.” A “Payout details changed” email follows: if it wasn’t her, she messages the academy right away. ### 6. Settings and privacy In “Settings”: “Your code” (“Changed on request, approved by the teacher”) → “Request a new code” (“The old one keeps working for 30 days after approval, since it’s printed on your earlier posts.”). “Notifications”: “Every sale”, “When a commission becomes due”, “New campaigns and tasks” and “When the teacher pays” (“Always on: it’s about your money.”). “Privacy”: “Show my first name to visitors” (“Ines invites you” on the course page). The “Terms” with their version. Visits to their links are a count and a channel, with no visitor identity. Heads-up: “The buyer’s phone number never reaches any partner.” A partner sees at most the buyer’s short name, or nothing, as the academy chooses. ## For you, the teacher - Invite your partners: The four doors into this space. - Pay day from your side: The numbered statement and the transfer proof. - What you put in “Materials” and “Tasks”: Campaigns, tasks, materials and Noqta. ## Questions **Does the partner see the Dirassa+ name?** No. “Earn with us” lives in your academy’s platform, in its name and colours, and emails and notifications go out in the academy’s name. **A partner who isn’t a student: where do they find their space?** They create an account on the academy’s platform from their invitation or the “Become a partner” page, and land straight on “Earn with us” with a reduced menu and no courses. Without an account (a bookshop, say) they see their statement through a read-only link. **Does the partner know who bought through their link?** At most the short name (“Sara B.”), or nothing, depending on the academy’s settings, plus the wilaya if it allows. The phone and email never reach them. **Can the partner change their code?** On request, approved by the teacher. The old code keeps working for 30 days, since it’s printed on their earlier posts, then stays reserved 6 months so nobody else takes it. **What happens if the partner leaves the program?** Their link and code stop at once. What was in the safety period carries on and is paid once due, and what was due is paid in the next statement.
